“I come here every day and I love it. This is my favorite UPS in the central Florida area. Even on busy days, the lines move fast and customer service is top notch. Mike, Mary and Mark all make my daily UPS experience worth it. They know all there is to know about shipping services, packing supplies, returns, notary and more! As a small business owner this place is my go to. I could go on and on but all I'll say is, thank you for being such an amazing store.”

“Today Thursday 2/5/25 we visited The Hunters Creek Amscot Office for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting Jose a representative and Gary the office manager. We were customers at another location about 3 miles away for many years and the staff there was amazing . Unfortunately that location is closing so we found ourselves today at Hunters Creek. First and foremost, Outstanding customer service! Gary the manager of this location went above and beyond for me for an issue he resolved with Corp. He took the time to explain what the issue was his associate Jose was also so kind and pleasant and both reassured me that the issue would get resolved. After Gary spoke with corporate on his end he also spoke to a representative from my bank and ALL was resolved and I was able to get everything taken care in a short matter of time. As sad as I am that the Amscot I frequented for almost a decade is closing it is a blessing knowing my family and I have found this location with a great staff moving forward to take care of all my monetary needs. Happy customer and will recommend to all my friends and family. Have a Blessed one.”

“UPS has consistently gone above and beyond when it comes to shipping and deliveries. My packages always arrive on time, well-handled, and in great condition. I appreciate how easy it is to track shipments in real time, and the updates are always accurate.
The delivery drivers are professional, courteous, and careful when leaving packages at my door. On more than one occasion, they placed my deliveries in a safe spot to protect them from weather, which shows they care about customers.
Customer service is also excellent—when I had a question about a shipment, I reached out and received a clear and helpful response right away.
