I placed my order for my Thanksgiving food to be delivered via instacart this morning 6 days ago. It was supposed to arrive over an hour ago but it hasn't even shopped yet. I have to leave for work. Contacted customer service to reschedule and they won't deliver until after the holiday. Tried to talk to a supervisor but they are too busy to talk with me. Ridiculous!!!! Will never order with them again!!!!

Terrible service I received at the deli. Extremely rude employee (Julysee) accused me of wanting a salad when I asked for extra onion for my sandwich on the side, then smirk. Publix should be more selective of hiring their employees in the service business. Go to the next Publix and skip this one!

Friendly service. Organized displays. Mini bottles of coconut rum weren't available when I went in, but there were plenty of other selections and larger bottles available.

Good offer of products, wines and the like, you have to search for wines that are more cost/benefit, wines of the same value can have a rating of 3.4 and 3.9 on Vivino.

This review is specifically for the deli department. I do not know her name but there is a lady behind the counter making Publix subs and she was such a delight. She was very communicative of all the guests that were waiting and ensuring that they were taken care of. She made my sub and asked every question possible that I barely had to tell her what exactly I wanted. She was on top of it! What I was very impressed by was not just her memory of my order but the customer service with me and everyone else in line. She was also leading her troops behind the counter seeing who needed help and where. Thank you!
