DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PHARMACY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR WHOLE DAY AND AT THEY END YOU WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR MEDS . IF I HAVE TO GIVE LESS STARS I WOULD . THIS IS THE WORST SLOWEST PHARMACY EVER . THEY HAVE 5 STUFF AND STILL THE SLOWEST PHARMACY . VERY RUDE STUFF . VERY BAD COMMUNICATION . WHEN YOU CALL ON THE PHONE THEY EVEN LISTEN TO YOU . Made appointments for covid boosters, and waited over half an hour after being checked in for anyone to say something to us. I went up and tried to ask if we were going to be helped and couldn’t get my question out before Joe rudely told me that the pharmacist will be with us.Terrible service if I’m being honest.

Terrible service I received at the deli. Extremely rude employee (Julysee) accused me of wanting a salad when I asked for extra onion for my sandwich on the side, then smirk. Publix should be more selective of hiring their employees in the service business. Go to the next Publix and skip this one!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Constantly giving a 3 hour turnaround time for prescriptions. Unacceptable

Good little store! I feel like their prices are a bit high, but, the staff was friendly. It was a very clean environment. Will definitely return.

This review is specifically for the deli department. I do not know her name but there is a lady behind the counter making Publix subs and she was such a delight. She was very communicative of all the guests that were waiting and ensuring that they were taken care of. She made my sub and asked every question possible that I barely had to tell her what exactly I wanted. She was on top of it! What I was very impressed by was not just her memory of my order but the customer service with me and everyone else in line. She was also leading her troops behind the counter seeing who needed help and where. Thank you!

I am a proud frequenter of Publix deli-prepared foods. However, I have to say that I was disappointed with my most recent acquisition: the banana pudding. I have had banana pudding at Publix before, so I was unpleasantly surprised to find it watery and not worth finishing. I know you can do better, so it's only a 3 star review. Everything else was amazing per usual. Staff were friendly and engaging and helpful. :)

We ordered an Insta cart from Publix. We agreed to the $15 charge because we had ordered wine. Plus we left a five dollar tip that we agreed to. We were told we would get the wine at the price of the store plus if you buy a case you would get the additional 10% off. First off they up charged every bottle, did not give the ten percent off each case. On top of that for a proximately $120 bill they put a $305 hold on our card! When speaking to Instacart they basically did absolutely nothing to remedy this, even though their person told us we were getting the cost of the wine plus a 10% discount. Beware beware beware of your pocketbook if you decide to go this route, as for us we will simply get in our car and go shop for our self knowing exactly what we are spending!

Pharmacist Manager Dan Vu refuses to refill my ADD/ADHD medication, claiming it’s to high risk. What’s high risk when my doctor is in the state of Florida, 90minuets away, and I use him virtual ever since the pandemic? This guy is pathetic; especially since the other Publix pharmacy in Summerport Windermere is willing to fill my perception.

I live in between this Publix and the Publix located at Summerport. These two locations could not be more different in what they stock, even down to cuts of meat. The Summerport location always has a great selection and the Lakeside location not as much. Maybe they are catering to a wildly different clientele but im telling you im 2 miles to either locations so they are very close. Today what set me off was I stopped in on my way from an appointment in the area of Lakeside and needed to get chop meat for meatballs (yup, im Italian and its Sunday) I always use three types of meat in my meatballs and when I tried to get Lamb, they said they must have sold out. IT WAS 10:00AM!! How can you sell out of lamb chop meat within a few hours of opening? So, I had to make a special trip to the Summerport location and get my meat there. Its not a big deal, I just do see why their selection was so limited today.
