I had an appointment on May 13, 2021 with Ileana Debler and showed her a picture from her catalog how I wanted my hair colored, roots and highlights! I explained to eliminate some of the gold and told her about my experience at a hair show that was horrible. They cut my hair turned me around in the chair so I couldn't see the mirror and they cut 5" as I saw it fall to the floor. She asked me about the cut, I said a trim, with a few layers. When I saw the root color number 5 I said, hello? My roots are dark blonde not dark brown. She proceeded to talk about everything and ignored that I didn't want dark roots. Then she highlighted my hair, with any hair not pulled with the foil she used number 5 therefore my hair was turning into the darkest brown ever! I was livid she could tell I wasn't happy, then she started to cut, not trim my hair! I have beautiful blonde hair down down below shoulder length. I never brag about myself, when I say beautiful I mean, not damaged at all from my brother whom normally is my hairdresser just couldn't get me in and I wanted my roots colored and highlighted because I had a wedding that weekend. As I am witnessing her taking 5 inches from my hair I'm furious! I became silent, I'm stunned! I couldn't believe what she was doing! As I could no longer compose myself, she's drying my hair and when she's down I told her I did not ask for a hair cut nor brown hair. You could not even see the highlights! I looked mousey and horrible! I hated it! She knew it and then proceeded to charge me 300.00 and would not even consider just charging me less. I could not believe what she did. It was the worse experience I've ever had and would never step foot in this salon again. She called me for a redo but I told her I could not ever have her touch my hair again. I should have run out when I saw the condition of her hair, frizzy, terrible cut green and purple! If you want to look worse than when you come in, I highly recommend her! Thank God I kept another appointment the following day and thanks to the girl in Clermont she was able to highlight my hair. She could not believe what this so called owner did to my hair. She couldn't see any highlights and had to highlight my hair again! When I had my beautiful long hair I didnt have to even blow dry it. I air dried gathered on top of my head and wore it up while sleeping and it was just perfect the following day. Now with this mess and length I have to style it and I would rather not! Stay clear of Iileana if you want your hair to look the way you ask! I think I was her Guinea pig or she took out her frustrations on me!

I just moved to the area and needed a new hair dresser at the last minute. Ileana was absolutely accommodating and a great stylist. I walked in feeling shabby without sn owner and left feeling fabulous with my new DO!!!!! I made my next appointment before I left!!!! Thank you Ileana

My hair was fried from another stylist leaving bleach on my hair too long. I Came to Salon Christophe in tears and she did a 2 hour Consultation with me before they even touched my hair. I was terrified but They were able to blend my hair to where you couldn't even tell I had broken pieces of hair (that were an inch long) while the rest of my hair was down to the middle of my back. They got my hair back to the healthiest it's ever been. I've been a loyal customer ever since two years ago. I will follow them wherever they go! I've been getting my hair done for many many years and I wish I would have met them along time ago. Would have saved me a lot of tears.

Was an amazing experiance, i was a little worried because we were 10 minutes late for our appointment but they didnt even mention it, everyone was really sweet and they gave my brother a haircut he loves!! They even came outside afterwards and said hi to my kids (who were waiting with their dad on the benches outside the store)

I have been going to Salon Christophe for routine haircuts and styling for special occasions for years. For my wedding, I could think of no better place than Salon Christophe. We came in with 9 girls for hair and make-up. Salon Christophe easily accommodated our large group and provided us with a relaxed and comfortable environment to prepare for my big day. Ileana Jr. went above and beyond in taking care of me and ensuring my bridal look stayed great through the wedding ceremony and reception. It was truly the kind of experience every bride dreams of. I cannot recommend them enough!

Holy smokes! Yolanda is AMAZING. I have been looking for somebody to tweak my pixie cut. A lot can go wrong when getting it cut/trimmed. I made an appt with Yolanda never having met her before. She was seriously wonderful. She took her time cutting my hair and made sure every strand had its place. She also informed me that I had been parting my hair in the wrong direction. With one switch of direction all of my styling problems went away!! Try Yolanda!! And for the record everyone I met in the salon was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I have very difficult hair to manage. Salon Christophe has been taking care of my hair for years. They work with me and my schedule and more times than I should admit I have walked in requesting help for an event the next day. They have never turned me away making room for me and my poor planning.
