I visited the store a few days ago and was greeted by two wonderful ladies named Sharon and Erin .They were very informative about their property and helped me with all of my questions. I am very pleased with how clean the facility is! I will definitely consider coming back to purchase a storage here.

Worst service imaginable, corporate greed at it’s finest with no discernible ounce of empathy, public storage just took over this location, the previous company took out the payment and I have shown proof but they have me locked out and my 82 year old father with scoliosis and hip degeneration is walking in pain because they have not given me access to my unit. All corporate said is they apologize for the inconvenience, they can stuff their apologies and rectify the situation.Stay as far away as you can
