Everyone at this branch has always taken care of me like my money is their own. Special shout out to Aneeta. Go see her if you’ve got money just sitting in the bank. She helped me make money with my funds that were just sitting there and she was very transparent with everything.

Zero stars. I’d had it it with Truist so I went into this branch to close my account. The guy that helped me said it would close in a day or two…WRONG! My account was never closed! 3 weeks go by and I’m informed by Truist I’ve inquired overdraft fees! I go back to the branch and SHOCKER! The guy who helped me quit! Unbelievable. I finally got my account closed and switched to chase and advise you to do the same!

ATM often does not work or out of cash at this location. I have banked with Sun Trust that became Truist for almost 30 years. This location has problems with ATM and after driving to next closest location, their parking lot was closed. Not being able to get cash when needed is a concern. I will be taking business elsewhere.

Trying to get the direct deposit deal and she said it's ok, after half day, she called me back saying it's only for online deal and will not work to open in the brunch. The worst bank even!Don't even worth a star!

I stoped by today for print temporary check that said they don’t have that service. I drove to Truist in Winter garden next to longhorn steakhouse they give me right away.

I’m a new customer to this branch. I loved the professional and hospitable customer service from the entire teller team. Aneeta was great to work with! I appreciated her intentionality towards making me feel like I was one of her regular customers. I will definitely visit them more often! Great job guys!

Needed to open a business account and was able to do so easily with Farah's assistance. Appointment was set in advance. Plan on being there for 1.5 - 2 hours, as the process takes time.

Farrah Alakkad helped me out soooo much at the Summerport location. I needed help with a issue and had so much anxiety about the problem. But not only did she handle the situation exceptionally.....she was also able to calm my nerves about the situation and showed excellent customer service that eased my anxiety. Thankyou again

I would like to thank Farah Alakkad for helping me set up an account for my LLC company at the beginning of 2020.
Farah helped me with working through several on line banking issues on a joint account with my wife, after she passed away.
The latest help Farah helped me with was a fraud concern that came on my iPad.
When I walk into the bank with an issue I know Farah is willing to help me out.
