This place is a joke now, don't waste your time or money. Only a drive through yourself wash and you have to do your own interior. No longer do they provide you with interior service and their prices have gone way up. Sad to see they use to be my go to but have moved on. You be better off using the gas station drive through washes seriously!

So last week my brand new Ram 1500 was very dirty. And like any lazy American I took it to what I thought would be a reputable company. Sweetwater in Windermere. Mind you this truck had 1700 miles on it, brand new. When it came out there small vertical scratches on the left side of the bed of the truck. When I pointed this out to the worker they immediately started blaming me, saying things like "you must have got those while driving." How do you get verticle scratches on a car while driving? The worker tried using a rubbing compound and got some of them off but not all of them. While I appreciate the effort, I dont appreciate them explaining the science of how it is impossible for their brushes to do this. Brand new car, they were not there. I promise you. So I filed a claim and I took pictures. The next day a man named Graig called and said that it impossible for his brushes to make those makes as they never go up and down. I offered to meet him at the car wash and we could look at the brushes and scratches together. He said he never saw the pictures, he wont meet me and there is nothing he could do. So i went alone and look at that. The first two rollers on top go up and down, even the supervisor said they did. He said he would call Greg and explain. Think they called me back, nope. They will probably say I am scamming them and ask me to take this down. Nope. DONT go there if you like your car. I will be posting this on ND and FB. Greg if you want to make this right, try acting professional and take claims seriously.

Sweet water car wash is okay. I have been going there since they opened. I loved the total service where they would clean the interior. The price was reasonable. I have enrolled in the unlimited washes. I recently went to Mister in Ocoee. The cost there was $6 less than what I pay at Sweetwater. At sweet water you get a discount for add-ons, with my discount it was $6 less. I am a vary loyal person. Please bring back the interior cleaning and reduce your pricing, just by a dollar or so.

I've been a monthly membership customer for about five or six months now and this is my honest opinion: I've gotten nothing but great service here. Everyone is pretty young that works there and they're doing it with smiles on their faces and actual, genuine hospitality. It's kind of shocking in 2023 if you ask me. Every wash is great too. No streaks or spots from hard water. There's always a vacuum or two open, even when it's busy. I wash my car weekly so I've found the monthly membership to be a fantastic value actually. I say give them a try, I know I'm not going anywhere else anytime soon.

This car wash has several locations throughout Orlando. We are currently using them for our fleet vehicles. The price for a monthly plan is reasonable. The service is excellent and friendly.

I bought the monthly plan for only one period, today I discovered that my card has been charged automatically without my authorization. Unfortunately this seems to be a practice of some companies in the region, I had another similar problem with another company in the region of different branch. Passing through town and decided to get my bug covered GMC van shined up for next leg of journey. Chose the $32 exterior full Monty. Wow, how this place has fallen.Used to love this place when I lived here (5 years ago) for high quality equipment, great washes, and customer focus. Now has minimal staff and tired, broken equipment. Overpriced now, too.Rushed job by prewash guys. No attention paid to windshield and grill, even after asking nicely for focus there. Wash tunnel stopped twice. Upon exit and moving to the premium wash detailing lane was met by one diminutive young person who was trying to do two vehicles, plus respond to call buttons at the adjacent intake pay station.Poor person tried her hardest to get my standard GMC van wiped off and windshield cleaned, but could not reach. No ladder or step stool for employees. No long squeegee or mop for windshields. No help from any other staff. She worked hard, but did not accomplish what I came to the car wash for in the first place. Plus, vacuum was missing hose ends on both sides so needed to reposition van to another bay with at least one vac working.Local family members had already given up on the place, but I thought I would try it for old times sake.Will find other place next time.

Steer clear of this place. The first time I tried it I waited in line ten minutes then they shut down due to some mechanical issue. It took them twenty minutes to get us out of line. The next time I went they put a huge dent in the side of my car. Today they had another mechanical issue with the wash and I had to sit stuck in line for 30 minutes.I’ll take my business elsewhere thank you.

Save your money and your car and avoid this place at all costs! I went for the first time today with my brand new car that I've had for only a week and a half. I've driven past this place numerous times and since it's the closest car wash to me I figured I'd try it out - big mistake. I left with my hood all scratched and scraped up. I stupidly paid for a monthly membership before the wash thinking it'd be beneficial and useful but the state my hood was in made me never want to return. I called to let them know my hood got scratched up and to see if there was anything they could do about it. On the phone I was met with loud, unprofessionalism while the manager I spoke with was fielding walkie talkie calls at the same time as I was speaking. They told me to come back and they'd take a look at it. I went back and they tried to blame the scratches on everything but them saying it was probably how I handled the vacuum by dragging it over my hood, even though I only lifted it over the car roof then saying it was maybe wear and tear from weather over time, even though I reminded them the car was just over a week old and didn't look like that before bringing it in. He then told me that if I just got a wax it would fix it but that they don't do them there and I'd probably have to pay even more money to get that done. They then tried wiping it with a microfiber cloth that then left dust and cloth particles all over my hood and made no effort to clean them off. He then said all they could do was cancel my membership but not refund it. I asked why and he said it was because I already used it, even though I purchased it only an hour before and used it only on one wash. I asked if I could get a partial refund then and just be charged for the price of the basic car wash instead of the membership. He still said no. Apparently their systems don't allow refunds is what I was told so now I have a full months worth of car washes at an awful establishment that I won't ever use again. He then rushed me out so he could go assist someone else's car wash. I was made to feel as though he just wanted me gone and could not care less what state they left my car in. This place is an unprofessional scam. Please do yourself a favor and protect your car and your wallet and avoid sweetwater car wash.

Good option for a quick car wash, plus free vacuums (which i think is pretty standard these days). And great to have this in the area. My only complaint (which is a big reason I go to car wash establishments in the first place) is that they have suspended the full service option.

Good car wash, needs a little bit better discounts for multiple cars, fleets. Maybe if they added some people to wipe the car down at the end would be a huge plus. Cars are clean, but still pretty wet after the wash. But overall does a great job cleaning g overall.

They are in a high-level area but they do not seek to solve the problem of labor shortage, machines that look in poor condition and inefficient. It's a pity that they lose such an important area.

The wash is okay, but not great. If you don't ask the guys to spray or wipe off bugs, the bugs will still be on your car when you leave the wash. The good news is that if you ask them, they will take a soapy rag to the area that needs more attention.The vacuums are okay. Overall 4 stars.
