I have been going to see a chiropractor since I was about eight or nine years old throughout My life have had several different injuries that I’ve had to all go through physical rehabilitation and primarily adjustments there and after that. I must say, this is probably the best chiropractor experience I’ve had in at least 10 to 15 years, Dr. Skylyr Strader was much needed in my life at this point. I don’t typically do these type of things but somebody needs to know how good this guy was. I was originally appointed to the winter garden office and because of my work I stop by any joint chiropractor that’s closest to where I may be that day. Somehow I always end up going back to the winter garden office. It’s home so loyalty and what not. The first time I came over to the Windermere officei was adjusted by someone else. Had the chance to have Dr. Strader adjust me the last two times I visited… I haven’t been Anywhere else. He has the best hands in the land. Like I’m taller from this lol.

On my second visit to The Joint, I was attended by Dr. Pinkney. She asked a few questions, obviously listening to what I said I need.She very gently suggested that I speak with my PCP, as I might have underlying medical issues best dealt with medically. THANK GOD, she did. I scheduled with and saw my physician who recommended tests. Underlying my discomfort was lymphoma. I have completed my treatment (radiation) and I am in a significantly better...I AM well. Thanks, Dr. Pinkney, I consider you my Angel!

I am a very active biker I like to to mountain bike and ride motorcycles often. With these activities comes back and neck pain. I stopped in to get some relief and my experience was nothing but fantastic! I felt welcome with a sweet and happy receptionists. Doctor Linda DiBella does a great job as a chiropractor, properly assessing your pains, and finally she eases your mind with her calm confident demeanor.

While continent, going to the joint generally is hit and miss.I really does depend on who you get.Today I got lucky. Dr. Price listened to my input but most importantly discovered my challenges and went above a beyond to pinpoint my issue both stretching me where it counted and far surpassing my expectations in the quality of the adjustments he gave me.Sometimes you get people who think they know it all at other ‘The Joint’ locations but Dr Price oozed credibility and clearly understand both the art and science of chiropractic care.I can’t speak to the other doctors at this location but had a great experience with Dr Price today.

Great place to get your adjustments for your back and spine. I highly recommend Dr. Linda DiBella as she is very gentle and knows how to adjust accordingly. Have been seeing her for over 2 years now and she is great. Also all other staff are very kind and welcoming.

The people who work at this location are some of the most friendliest, outgoing individuals you can trust with popping your back. Dr. Leo & the team are so friendly & care about getting you in & out with good health. I will always appreciate the time with them.Corporate on the other hand is a different story. While I was in Arizona due to my father being in a medically induced coma, I received a phone call from this location. The lady made it seem that my account would be closed but if I renewed it beforehand, I can get reduced pricing for the next year.As I was dealing with the family emergency in Arizona, I was unable to commit to a renewal on the phone. I spent the next month taking care of my dad and family, as he became conscious again near the end of June.Coming back to Florida near the end of June, I moved from one location to another down the street. Weeks go by and I find that I have less money in my account than usual. Checking the account, I find that have been charged $69 for both the month of June & July.I talked with the corporate manager about these charges & the incident of the phone call - and get denied for the misleading communication I received from this location.For the trouble my family & I went through with my dad's medical condition & scare, alongside a month of no income from work AND a month from one apartment to another, I had good faith in The Joint to follow through on their end of closing my account with the phone call - yet, even after all this, they cannot refund me for the circumstances surrounding one bad, misleading phone call.Do yourself a favor & if you use this service, do not allow auto-renewal - they will not refund you, regardless of the misleading communications & life circumstances you find yourself in.

Every Friday my visit is with Dr. Pickney. Glad I’ve established a rapport with her. I come in and she knows what to do. When she not there Dr. Price expertise does a fine job too.????????

The Joint Chiropractic in Windermere is AMAZING! Alicia at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. I would recommend going to see Dr. Price and Dr. Pinkney whenever you need an adjustment. My husband and I have been to other Joint locations and we think this is by far the best one! 10/10!

Dr. Price is one of the best chiropractic physicians I’ve ever been treated by. I’ve been seeing chiropractors for 20+ years and I’m beyond impressed by Dr. Price. He’s managed to give me instant relief for terrible TMJ pain and my scoliosis in just a few visits. He’s kind, patient and a true expert in his field. Both my husband and I received treatment. Everyone was friendly and professional! They gladly answered questions and shared information. Everything was clean and in order. They even were patient with my children whom they let borrow some coloring books!
