I have been here twice already and both times they were not insanely busy. The techs are very nice and understanding and try their best to make your experience comfortable and easy. The shop is very clean! The pedicures are amazing and they never cut my cuticles too far (like other places ive been to.) Jennifer did my french tip full set today and she was awesome. She was very quick but still made sure to shape and paint correctly. I will definitely be back again! Thank you so much!

I have been coming to this nail salon since I moved to Florida a year and a half ago. I’ve always had great service at this salon. I usually have a different nail person each time. All wonderful nail artists. However, today I received my dip manicure from May and it was the best manicure I’ve received since I started going here. Thank you, May!

I am a teacher and a very generous parent gave me and my coworkers a gift card for this place. We decided to go get our nails done together on the last day of school. We did a walk-in together and while we were seated quickly (within 10 mins) we were all seated separately, which was weird because they knew we came in together. I showed the man who was doing my nails an inspo pic I found on Pinterest (second picture). He said he could do it and got to work. In an attempt to start a conversation with him I told him this was my first time getting acrylics, he replied “hm.. ok”. The whole thing was *very* quick and I don’t think it turned out at all like the inspiration picture, not the shape or the color. To top it off, I was taking off my Apple Watch a few minutes ago and a nail fell off, I’ve only had these for 10 days. My coworkers weren’t impressed with their sets either. We definitely will not be returning here.

Great shop! Fantastic service and exceptional work! I am there every 3 weeks to get my mani/pedi. It’s always busy, make an appointment! 10 stars!

Update: I’ve been going for over a year and noticed they’ve been going downhill for the past 3 months.
Alicia has never been the friendliest but she would do my nails the way I loved. The past 4 times I’ve gone back she’s in a bad mood, looks annoyed if I pick designs. Totally ruins my mood. If you go in to pay $100+ for service then atleast be kind. After trying them several times I am done.. driving over 40 mins for this service isn’t worth it anymore
pic added is from gel polish.. yes I need fill but they have never chipped away .. well not even 6 days after I’ve been waking around with this .. never again

The vibe was great, Ada was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She let me know what was NEEDED. And I very much appreciate that.
I hate when techs just bumble along, ask questions that I'm not knowledge enough to know the answer to and then either doing it even though it's wrong or just tell you that your answer is stupid, lol.
Really enjoyed this place, everyone was very nice, there were TVs that were on interesting channels/subjects.

Had a great Mani/Pedi with Jade T. The pedicure was awesome and I got a really good leg massage with it. For my nails, I got the new hard gel. She did a great job and my nails lasted through my vacation and when I got home. Great salon with great people. The only downfall is that I was informed they don't do designs, but all in all everything else was great.

This Salon was one of the best I've been to! customer service is amazing and the experience was fantastic. Last time I went to a different salon they cut me 3 times, but this salon wasn't painful like the other one. Instead a soothing and wonderful service was provided. They offered drinks and were really nice. They did amazing jobs with the designs. Definitely will be coming back! Would recommend! This salon is one of the best salons I have ever been to! The customer service was great and the experience was great. The last time I went to another salon they cut me 3 times but this salon didn't hurt as much as the other one. Instead, a soothing and quality service was provided. They serve drinks and they are really good. Their design work is outstanding. Will definitely be back! Would recommend!
