Mai is the best! She has such attention to detail and really makes sure you are happy with your nails. My dip nails also last longer without chips and cracks. Highly recommend Mai!

5-star experience 100%. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and all the staff was very welcoming. The atmosphere was amazing I was even offered drinks.Mei my tech was soooo good !!! She did my pedicure and SNS dip powder. The pedicure was amazing and she cleaned my cuticles so good.My nails she did an amazing job as well. Literally exceeded my expectations. I will always come back to her now. Thanks mei :)

So I’m a little mixed on my review with this place. I’ve been here a few times and recently moved to this area trying to find a place that I can make my regular salon. The first time I went I got annoyed because they couldn’t do the designs I wanted. Then I figured I would try them again and asked if they could, mind you it wasn’t anything super complicated. The next time I went there the lady did a good job but made comments about a popular celebrity that I questioned. I ignored it because I try not to jump to conclusions. I was getting married in March and really wanted a specific look and was told who could do it so I made an appointment well in advance with her I think she’s the owner not sure but sits in the very front. I get there and she wasn’t there. I wait and they tell me she’s on the way, then a while later they tell me she’s not coming she’s sick. I was extremely disappointed. Then they tell me oh she’s going to come it was all over the place. She comes starts my nails with very limited conversation like she was annoyed. Then she said her back was hurting. She didn’t finish she got up in the midst of doing my nails for someone else to finish me because her regular client came in and she went immediately to do the older lady and knew her by name and engaged in conversation with her. It made me feel like I didn’t matter to her and this other person was more of a priority. I’m not understanding why when I made an appointment just like that lady did. I hate to go there but the only difference between me and that lady is ethnicity. I’m not sure if I’ll go back but it’s the only place that’s close and actually have some people in there that know how to do what I like. I may just have to go to my old place farther out but at least I don’t feel like that. I will say that the lady that took over from the owner that day, she was a lot nicer, friendly and engaged in conversation with me. I think the lady that took over name is Amy she was very nice.Update: I went here again on 8/6/23 to try again and give this place the benefit of the doubt. The guy that did my pedicure did a really good job- however, I still felt as though I was not given the same treatment as some of the manager's "regular customers" that were seated right next to me. I simply asked if they use UV lights or LED and the manager chimed in with a response that kind of sounded condescending saying that you have to be under the UV light a long time in order to get cancer and it's no different than being in the sun and people get that confused but they only use LED lights. I didn't ask about cancer- I really didn't ask for all that information I don't go out in the sun much and I do not want to use UV lights which is my right- all she had to say was we use LED lights not give me a lecture on the differences. I called today 8/14 and asked to speak to the manager to address my concerns and was told she would call me back when she got in at 10 am well it's now 11:30 AM and I have not received any call. I am trying to support this local business but you are not making it easy.Service: Pedicure

I have been to every nail place in Winter Garden almost and was disappointed everytime. I was going to one that started off great and then went down hill.Twinkle has provided excellent consistent service! The facility is clean and all the employees are very kind. Got my hair done next door and decided I wanted a manicure. Haven’t had one in at least 8 months. I was approached immediately. Very friendly. I got a gel manicure from Alicia who was just wonderful. Couldn’t pick a color red so she asked if she could show me one that was popular. Well…I love it!! She did an amazing job on my nails and gave me a nice hand massage. Reasonably priced and clean salon. Would definitely recommend!Service: Gel manicures
