Employees as useless as a white crayon! Might as well have no one in the store. Zero effort to help resolve the issue I had.

Walgreens has been a trusted source for me over many years. My most recent visit was to get some blood work done which they made easy and speedy. In my job, I have many travellers who ask me where to go to for basic grocery needs and medicine- Walgreens is my pharmacy, where I go to for my needs and where I send them. They also have a liquor department with an excellent selection for anyone in need. Their employees are also consistently professional, courteous and very helpful.

Had an issue at the Walgreens on 535, so I transferred my scripts here and they'd have it filled 20 mins from the time I called. Glad that the service here is much better!

This is a nice Walgreens, but my experience was poor. There was a small line at the register. Two people were there, but only one was ringing people up. In addition, the two female employees were having an entire conversation in Spanish. I understand having to speak to a customer in Spanish, but you should never speak amongst yourselves in a foreign language. It's disrespectful.

This location is the worst pharmacy we've ever been to! Don't go here to fill scripts! Too many issues to type, but you'll notice the other reviews agree.

Been to this Walgreens a couple times now. It's the closest one to where I live. The cashiers here never seem to be too much in a hurry to cash people out, so it frequently backs up when it is peak time. I like the location's proximity but wish there was a little more impetus to check people out.

They charged my kids for PS4 .store card for $280 without asking any question !!!! Who charge two 11 years old for that much money ??? I went there to return them , they said I can't ! I requested to talk to the manager , he never showed up and sent the guy back to me with the same answer ! I don't care about the store policy but I think they should ask the kids just one normal question that if their parents know !! Specially in this case that the items are not returnable.....

Sat with a sick baby waiting for the drive through for 15 minutes.... The car in front wasn't asked to pull into a space. I thought that's what a drive through drop off was for!?! Anyways, I called & asked were they even open (in hoped they'd move them along) FINALLY got to the window & after another5 mi Utes was told they don't even take my daughters insurance! I'd have been fine if they didn't make me wait 20 minutes just to send me on my way with a sick child! DRIVE THROUGH, not a "sit & wait through"

Every time I've been here I have received mediocre pharmacy service at best. While some of the techs are friendly, the amount of time they took to fill one prescription was ridiculous. Over 45 minutes for a tube of face product. Also they closed up early, before their 9:00PM close time. I drove over here for nothing.

I like this location and often travel the few extra minutes to get to this location. The layout of this store is great. Its easy to find what you need. I've never had to wait long to check out and if a line forms the cosmetics girl always open up her register to speed up. The parking lot is spacious and it is a super clean location.

I frequently stop in here for a Gatorade and/or power bar after the gym and never have had a bad experience. The staff always seems to great me when I walk in and is polite and helpful. They have decent deals on sports drinks and have a points reward system which is a bonus.

I also tend to refrain from giving negative reviews but my experience today made me realize that people have to know about this place. My daughter had a fever about two weeks ago and a head cold. She had it for 4 days and was complaining of ear pain and had some blood coming out her nose. The NP "Courtney" diagnosed her with a virus and took me to the shelf to buy a decongestant. She was professional and polite. She charged $106 and I also had to buy the decongestant. A week and a half later my daughter had been recovering but began to blow large amounts of bloody clots from her nose so when I called the clinic I got a callback from a woman name "Theresa" She was very hard to speak with on the phone. She kept asking me questions and then interrupting as I tried to answer and also kept talking down to me. She told me to buy saline spray, which I did. My daughter's nose still had some blood draining this AM and on the ride to school felt hot. After taking her temp, she was at 99. I took her home and called Walgreens again and got "Theresa" she was the same overbearing rude person she had been before and while she said that my daughter should be seen she said it would be the cost of another visit. She also argued with me about the definition of a fever and told me she was trying to educate me on what a fever was. She did this all while speaking over me and talking at about 99 mph. When I replied that I wanted her to know I had never been treated so rudely by a healthcare professional she kept saying "WOOOOW! I'm sorry you feel that way!" and kept trying to refer me to other providers without taking time to even breathe. it was like being on the phone with terrible cust serv and you know they could care less. And she was bubbly and fake the whole time while explaining to me that obviously I have to pay another $100. So as she's still trying to tell me about other providers after I already said no thank you and am trying to get off the phone, she just keeps blathering on in this tone that says "you don't like that we didn't diagnose and solve your problem the first time and don't want to pay again to be misdiagnosed again while your daughter stays sick for two weeks? I don't care at all. Go somewhere else lady" I finally began to cry a little and hung up on her, because she really broke me down and her patronizing carelessness finally got to me. (fine I'm a baby...my daughter's sick...sue me) She called me back. To continue with her list of other providers. She said "somehow we got cut off" and I thought "no you don't stop talking long enough and LISTEN to your patients when they say no thank you" But instead I replied "please don't call me again" and she began to TALK AGAIN so I hung up. I'm still half way worried she's going to call me again.... Listen. I am changing jobs and in between providers and insurance otherwise I would never take my kid to this puppy mill place. My income isn't LOW ENOUGH to qualify for assistance while I wait for the new insurance to take over and get new providers. Don't treat me like some deadbeat or some idiot and take responsibility when you misdiagnose. There's a flat rate $45 walk in place for all incomes 1 hour away. They provide excellent care. I'm driving all the way there to avoid this kind of mistreatment and robbery.

Wish I could rate lower. First, I'm not one to write bad reviews...or any reviews for that matter...however, I could not let this experience go by without letting others know to steer clear of the Walgreens Health Clinic at the Walgreens on Conroy in Windermere. Not really fair to harp on the scheduling problems encountered in this experience...mistakes happen...and that's cool. Give them a pass for that. HOWEVER, the PA's unprofessionalism and rudeness in our encounter with them tonight was beyond belief. Lady must have had a bad day but she was rude to both my wife and a mother with a sick child... This is our local Walgreens and we've always had good experiences in the pharmacy and the general store. However, my recommendation for those seeing medical treatment is to steer clear...
