No concept of customer service. Walked in, not one associate greeted me. Line of 5 people, 1 associate working the counter. 2 sitting clicking on computers. 1 walking around. This is not the first time, this location just happens to be convenient. This will be my last visit to this branch

This branch is extremely peaceful and the staff are wonderful and friendly. I also had a great experience with Bayo Martinez, he offers class A customer service and goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. I highly recommend this branch and Bayo for custom banking needs!
