Windermere Medical Group is by far the best practice. Dr.Patel is a excellent primary doctor. He is very caring and listens to all our my medical concerns. He is also takes the time to listen and explains your concerns that make sense. I recommend Windermere Medical Group for the staff to the doctor's are the best.

I’ve never been to a doctor that is actually a scam until now. Surprise bills left and right and then they don’t follow through on anything. I’m not even sure anyone actually works there. I have been trying for over a month to get information and Mary Lou refuses to respond to voicemails or answer her phone. No one else in the office responds or answers the phone either and when you do actually get a person, they are completely unable to help. Avoid this office and their chain of scams at all costs

They are very nice people and listen to what is wrong. But only after several test and conversations do they talk to you about what the plan of action would be.Dr Stephanie is very patient and understanding.Would recommend

Love the staff and Dr. Patel takes such as necessary with time. Never feels rushing. Moreover he is an excellent diagnostician with an incredible mind. Takes wonderful care also of my husband with cronic health issues. Remembers everything and the practice is superior.

Very bad customer service, i had an appointment it took me 2 weeks to get that appointment so the day before my appointment they called me and they saying ooh we sorry we can not take your appointment tom so let’s reschedule it for next week same day same time, so when im arrived was a long line gelping other patients which took 15 min and she said you late 5 minutes and i was there on time and she was so rude and they don’t care, i feel like its an appointment's to pay a car, NO MAM it’s a health thing, i need to see a doctor. Why is everything so complicated.

There’s many great things about moving to Orlando. Theme parks, great weather and so much more. One of the top reasons? Picking Stephanie as our family’s PA. Professional, friendly, easy to talk to. I can’t imagine a better experience when visiting a medical professional.

Every visit I have had here has been amazing. They are so polite. The facility is very clean. They never make me wait long. Best of all Morgan my provider is so attentive, she really listens to your concerns, she takes her time, and makes you feel like a person and not just a number. I highly recommend being a patient of this practice!

Dr. Patel is a great doctor! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. He takes time with the patient to listen and time to explain to help them understand with their health issues. He is very understanding and thorough and detailed oriented. I felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Windermere clinic is a clean facility and staff is friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an Internal Medicine doctor.

Aside from being very close to our home, this facility is great and takes care of all our medical needs. Dr Patel and all of his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They are always reachable with the medical text for questions and appointments. We have used the Urgent Care, dermatologist and Chiropractor in his group also. Highly recommend Windermere Medical!

I was sick and went to the non appointment side on a Saturday. I saw Morgan, she was quick and thorough to address my problem. She immediately gave me a breathing treatment. I feel certain she saved me a hospital visit. My follow up the next week was with Stephanie. She addressed the lingering symptoms. Stephanie is always thorough and very caring. I trust both Morgan and Stephanie for my health. All of the doctors at WMC are great!
