Food was fantastic as was the delivery to the curbside pick up. The portions were larger than I usually get at other restaurants. Very good!Vegetarian options: The tips are really good. It would be nice to have more vegetarian sides.

The overall food quality has gotten bad lately. Each time that I have gone there or lunch all of the sides were pretty much cold or barely warm and the meat was tough and over cooked.

We have been dining & ordering to go since the Winter Garden location opened. The food is consistently very tasty. The service is friendly and reliable. Best of all 4R seems to be one of only a few restaurants that doesn’t leave items out of a to go order!Parking: I’ve never had any trouble finding parking—plenty of open spaces.

It was our first time here and the food was delicious. Rachel was very welcoming and had exceptional customer service. Great vibe and the bathrooms/restaurant was very clean. Definitely coming back!

i was having a bad day, and i really wanted what i consider my comfort food from my favorite place. i got all the way home and when i opened my plate, there were no ribs! which is what i wanted the most!i called to let them know that my order was incomplete, and the lady on the phone was not only kind, but very apologetic! she mentioned knowing how it feels to get home wanting something and not have it. she told me she would have my order remade, and ready to pick up the next day. once i arrived, the staff was very kind about the situation and even apologized once more. they even went the extra mile to add a gift card! THANK YOU SO MUCH 4Rivers. customer service like this is what sustains a business in the long run!
