Absolutely outstanding. The service they provided to the bus I drive was from SUPERHEROES! They got me in faster than the speed of sound, repaired my bus so it’s now stronger than a locomotive. Their garage is impeccable, EVERY staff member incredibly knowledgeable, talented, thorough, kind and IMPRESSIVE!

Denise Leverett is the most professional parts person I have dealt with in a long time. Who knew ordering parts for a Van Hool bus would be so pleasant and easy. This is the person you want to deal with for parts when calling ABC.

ABSOLUTELY the worst parts buying experience I have ever dealt with. First time I called they said they had the parts in stock and gave me pricing - drove an hour to get them picked up and then were told we needed an account set up before buying which was not explained in the initial phone call (trip wasted) I went through the process of setting up the account and then tried calling back so I could get the parts.... then I was told they are in stock just not in stock at the local location, the whole process was overly irritating... I ended the call and will spend my money with another vendor. My shop maintains a whole fleet of these buses and have to source parts regularly so realizing one of the only local vendors is that difficult to work with is disappointing
