I come here quite a bit. (Actually, more than I’d prefer. I’m caught in the loop of borrowing and returning.) Overall, I don’t usually have an issue with this location. The workers are fairly prompt, getting to who comes next in line. Even when there’s a lot of people, they get to me soon after I come in.I guess I’d say the associates are decent. Overall some are friendlier than others. I’ve seen someone who I think is a manager, who usually avoids eye contact from the back (probably so people don’t assume she’ll come over when she won’t be.) I feel a little put off by that. A few associates seem like they don’t want to be there.One associate, in particular, spoke very quietly, and messed up my return. She used a little profanity (also quietly), and suggested I leave my change. I wasn’t sure what she meant by that, if it was a joke, or keep it on my file. I didn’t get it. So I didn’t think her service was up to par, but everyone has off days. I suspect I’ll be returning here soon, so hopefully I’ll just get some of the other associates’ help. Good enough for now.

Every time I go to this particular amscot , someone always cuts in line in front of me , the clerks and employees do not seem to care much , usually I do not post but this is an occurrence that happens to me every time I visit this particular amscot ..

Amscot is a very busy store all of them so it would be nice if they had some hand sanitizer out and about or dispenser that you can use when I go in there to take care of some business I take my own ink pen matter fact any place I go to take care of business I always take my own pin doctor's office post office Bank amscot anywhere to take care of business where I have to sign I'm just saying

So I got off my flight from out of town, it was very late at night and I went to pay a bill. It was open, but there was no one in sight. They must of been sleeping in the back. The hours were 230 to 315am. For some time I sat in the lobby and no one came up. So I then went out side to sit. Still no one. I waited for some time. At this point I wonder if they are really 24 hours. Guess not. Not very happy customer for a 24 hour location.

Well 24hrs. Notary Service. Except Sunday at 8:25pm. The employee forgot his Notary stamp at home. Well I guess not 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

I have used many times for a notary. Amscot is open 24 seven. This has helped many times also a good place to meet for selling or buying a vehicle.

I needed a document notarized and I heard that Amscot provides that service. It is very convenient that they are open 24 hours a day. After dinner I walked right in and up to a window. The employee was not well versed on what to do but she worked her way through it. It was a tiny but frustrating because it's not that difficult but I respect the fact that she wanted to do it the right way. It cost $10 and 10 minutes of time. The store was clean. It had several private tables with chairs for customers who needed the additional space. There were about seven windows open and they stayed busy while I was there.

I will never borrow money again from Amscott! I called at the end of the week, it was a Thursday or Friday. I told them that the bank was automatically taking the mortgage payment, that I would have to pay them on the next Wednesday pay period. The young man said no problem, I received a reminder text a few days before the original date agreed upon. I didn't think anything about the text, because I spoke with someone who I gave my Social Security Number too and he said no problem!! I spoke with the Manager at the Winter Garden Florida Branch asking why they were overdrawing my checking account when I was approved by Amscott to pay the next pay period. She was very harsh and did not care. I called Amscott's Customer Service, they did not care I was wasting my breathe!! All I heard was did you get a text? I said yes and a employee said I could have an extension!! Did I get a phone call? I said no!! If I would of got a call I would of asked what about my extension?? I went through all my old voicemails just in case I did miss something, because Amscott does not make any mistakes?. Well I found a voicemail I thought was my three year old Granddaughter. If you are very quiet you can hear the word Amscott, but that is the only word I understood. This woman or girl whispered during the complete recording, the employee needs to be able to speak loud clearly enough to be understood. I'm not made out of money, and I have found out Amscott does not care.

Came in today and was greeted by Jaquaisia and Patty. Two minutes later this horrible, miserable woman walks in and starts complaining about being called to the window. This is customary procedure at all Amscots. I was floored at her disgusting behavior to these employees! They tried to explain to her but she continued to call them names and go on and on about calling corporate. I felt this was totally uncalled for!

Bad customer service, didnt even put any of my info in the system just literally straight up sent me out- i didnt give a fuss i didnt argue-they clearly dont want to deal with anybody

If I could I’d give it negative stars. My husband went in not long ago to change his check and she was rude, miserable and disrespectful. Last I remember to change a check you just need a form of ID to do so. And that’s all he had. Then she has the nerve to tell another employee “this is why I don’t like dealing with people like that”. What a racist and rude thing to say! She’s lucky he didn’t get her name. But she was a manager!! bad business and bad customer service. All people are to be treated equally!!
