My family and I were just at this location yesterday, and we dealt with the assistant store manager (whose name I forgot, unfortunately) and a new guy named Romeo. Both of them had such amazing customer service skills, and both were very helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Great company, great workers.

Do yourself a favor and visit a corporate location or shop AT&T online. I am very irritated with the bait and switch this store did to my wife, I called ahead and set up a replacement phone for her and they provided the phone, however at a much higher rate than online, and they said that it would be the same. Next they added all of the additional services that were never on our account such as the insurance, and the next up service adding an additional $20 per month to our bill. And the final straw is that they provided my wife a free gift package with phone case, screen protector and charging adapter, however financed $87.00 on my account for 12 months without my approval. A promotional phone that was supposed to be $5.00 per month is costing us more than $40.00 and all that they could say when going back to correct some of this was I need to call 611. I have never experienced anything like this at a AT&T corporate store, and I will never go back to this location.

I am giving this location a perfect rating based solely on the customer service. Mario and the team were the most helpful, informative, and patient salespeople I have ever met. My overall experience would have been so much better if the AC was working. And on top of that, I noticed it was broken for a week (maybe more) now. I was already profusely sweating while upgrading my phone and then had to endure that again when I did my trade-in the following week. I hope this location fixes the AC because not only will it drive customers away, it’s not right to leave the team working in that unbearable heat.

Went to upgrade one of the phones on our plan. Specifically stated that I didn't need any insurance, nor did I have an interest in enrolling into the next up plan. Low and behold, when I received my bill, I am being charged for both of these.

I recently wanted to look into adding a second line to my iPhone. After trying to do research online, I wasn't really getting the answers I needed. I decided to stop in and ask about the option. I met with the manager to discuss. Since I was on an older plan it would be best for me to change to a newer plan. He showed me a sheet with 2 options and crunched some numbers. After reviewing the options he said with the change in plan and adding my second line, it would be only about $1 different than what I'm paying now. He then mentioned that since I had AT&T next, I was eligible to upgrade my phone and with their current promotion it would actually bring my monthly bill down. I needed to get back to work so thanked him and he said he would be there until 8 if I wanted to come back. Before leaving, an employee stopped me and had me put my name and number on a paper so if I came back I wouldn't have to wait in line. I went back around 5pm to be told the manager wasn't there, even though he told me he was working until 8. The employee who was working went into the back and got another employee to come out. This was the employee who got me to put my name on the paper. The first thing he says to me is "you didn't reply to my text". I didn't know what he was talking about but then saw I had a message in my Unknown Senders. I learned his name was Osirys and I told him I didn't know who he was or that I needed to text him back. He said the manager was gone but he would help me. So I had to pretty much start over because he had no idea what I talked about earlier. He showed me a different paper than his manager did and after crunching numbers it was higher than what I was previously quoted. When I complained he said "the new plan is better than what you had". I told him I was happy with my old plan which included HBO and he now changed my plan to a higher priced one without HBO. He then told me to not get a second line. That was the whole reason I stopped in! After telling him that he and the store was shady multiple times he called his manager. He then offered to change me to the bare minimum plan so it would be less but then I'd actually be losing features from what I had although he kept insisting it was still better and not to get a second line. This was a plan that was never discussed with his manager and I was told it's not showing online either when I kept asking about the features. We argued for a while but I gave in. He said his manager said if I get my new bill and it's more to come in and they will adjust the fees. I highly doubt that will happen but whatever. Since I upgraded to a newer phone, which he kept telling me to pick a different phone so it would be cheaper, he got to work with setting it up. It's at that point I'm informed that since the transfer had started I could not leave until it was done since I was turning in a phone on Next. The timing said 2 hours remaining! He finalized my transaction and then said he had worked over his shift and was going home and left me sitting there with my phone in the middle of transferring. After he left I was working with Alejandro. He was by far better than Osirys. He had shown Osirys how to put 2 lines on a phone since he had no idea (maybe that's why he kept telling me not to do it). Alejandro agreed to watch my phone so I could go to dinner and not sit there for 2 hours. Luckily I went back after an hour expecting to have to sit for an hour but just like a watched pot never boils, I guess a watched phone never transfers. My 2 hours dropped to 1 and was almost done. He was very polite and made conversation while we waited. Had it not been for him, this would have been a 1 star rating. I do not plan on going back to this store if I have questions as it seems they do not know what they are doing. I will stay with AT&T but will handle things online or at other locations.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The two gentlemen that helped me were helpful, informative and kind. They helped me resolve a complex problem quickly and thoroughly. The manager was also awesome and the experience couldn’t have gone better. Something that I thought would be very stressful went smoothly thanks to the excellent staff at this store. ?

Terrible customer service - couldn't have cared less about the issue we came in with. The Verizon store representative across the street was far more helpful and they are not our carrier! Been an AT & T customer for over 30 years and will certainly NOT return to this AT & T store for any needs.

I went to transfer my line from other company and the offer me $800 for my phone and they tell me my bill is going to be $65 with the new phone now a pay $90 and I call att they tell me they can’t do anything for me because the store tell me the wrong promotion. Now I’m paying more the what I want and I lost my iPhone 12 that I traded.

We ordered two new phones, and our order was input incorrectly. We had to drive to a separate store to return the wrong phone that was delivered. The box wasn’t labeled pro or pro max so when we opened the box and realized the wrong phone was ordered - that cost us $55 for an open box fee.It was a cluster getting all of this sorted and costed me and the sales rep at the corporate store a lot of time and headache.Stay away from this location - attention to detail is not there specialty.
