I upgraded two lines —- my monthly went from $187 to $310….. don’t trust.! My cc had to be replaced due to fraud… it was a fiasco with ATT. They billed me two cycles and added miscellaneous fees even though I cancelled a watch line; bill was more. Ohhh I wish I could understand ATT MATH. Even though calculus was easy for me. ??

The AT&T representative, Rashad, at the Winter Garden Village store was very helpful, patient and personable. He helped my husband and I select a perfect plan to fit our needs, and the purchase of 2new phones. The store had a comfortable vibe and the employees were all very friendly.

I don’t know if the other location closed, but my review is late because I forgot to do it! Wanted to give five stars to Sara who hopefully sees this wherever she went if the other store location closed. Sara was fantastic in helping me trade in an older phone and get my new one!! Hope I can find her again if I ever want to do more at the store!

James Jean is an amazing sales rep , he puts attention to the details and delivers outstanding customer service every time , he is one of the reasons I changed to ATT and still here , he is also knowledgeable and always happy to help ... he is amazing !

Giovanni your sales associates welcomed me today as soon as I stepped in the store. My new iPhone cellular was totally mess up since that day ATT internet connections issues. I tried to reset it myself but I touched the wrong buttons it went all settings completely crazy. Giovanni was super Professional and very skillful He demonstrated great knowledge in technology with iPhones. I am a customer with ATT for 40 years I will never change it or replace it with any other provider.

My store associate name was Oscar was extremely helpful, I was on vacation and lost my phone in a river kayaking. When I walked in to the store he immediately greeted me and started to help me, a bonus was that he also from Chicago land areas where I'm from long story short he got me a brand new phone and had it set up and ready to go with in 20 minutes of me being in the store
