My store associate name was Oscar was extremely helpful, I was on vacation and lost my phone in a river kayaking. When I walked in to the store he immediately greeted me and started to help me, a bonus was that he also from Chicago land areas where I'm from long story short he got me a brand new phone and had it set up and ready to go with in 20 minutes of me being in the store

My store associate James was so kind and welcoming. He listened to my problems and gave me appropriate solutions. He cared about my experience in store while multitasking with other customers. He made everyone feel important. I will come back.

James helped us out after spending time at Best Buy with fried battery! James was outstanding at his job! Knew his products, listened carefully to our challenges. We ended up learning we had coverage, he got us set up to have a replacement phone. I walked in with low expectations and walked out elated. He solved our issues.

I'm not speaking about this AT&T store, just AT&T in general. Be careful when they sell you more phones on your plan. They told me it would only cost $18 more per month to add a phone line, but it was actually $31 more per month. Also, if you cancel your phone, AT&T charges you the remaining balance due on your phone. The sales reps don't tell you these expenses even if you ask what fees there are.

Had a visit where sales person charged a protection fee after upgrading my daughter's phone. Found out after reviewing my bill. I already had a family protection plan I was paying for already. I was not able to get the full amount credited. Second time the sales person's sales tactic is to say that the price of accessories is included in the price of the phone. In actuality he was up selling accessories which is added the the cost of the phone. Deceptive sell tactics.

I received a very prompt and friendly greeting from George. He took time to listen to my concerns and offered multiple solutions to my problem. I hope I can deal with him in the future when it's time to upgrade my phone. This was a very pleasant experience.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. I left Verizon to be lied to and end up paying the same amount. I dealt with Luis, who said I was getting all these discounts with a new phone, new customer, etc. I wanted to pay for my phone outright but he stated I would be missing out on my discount if I paid it off that day. He told me I could pay it in full without penalty in 60 days. My first few bills were significantly lower. I went back into the store to pay the phone off and again, dealing with Luis, he said I'd be missing out on the discount and why didn't I pick up my free smart watch? He advised that I was entitled to a free watch no strings, no catch and it also would keep my bill low. He also tried to get me to get a tablet as well, as it would also lower my bill and I could just not use it. I said no. After receiving the watch on my next bill, I saw another line was added to my account for the watch, which doubled the bill! I spoke with Onadel and Chris, managers, at the store. They told me to come back when Luis was there. I went back asking for the GM, after Luis hid from me. They said he was talked to, but there was nothing they could do and come back another day to speak to the GM. I took off work, at the time they said he'd be in and no GM. This store lies to customers, and is committing fraud. They also tried to do the same to our neighbor but we warned them. Someone needs to report them as their commission should not be dependent on lies and fraud.
