Worse company ever. If you can, go somewhere else. They are a third party company and when we had stuff stolen from my car, they couldn't do anything because we didn't buy the stupid insurance. Which we didn't know about. Just go somewhere else

Worst company ever dealt with. Communication is poor, cost of transportation increases, unable to deliver as agreed and paid for, damage to car, additional fees being added, wrong information, blaming the client for not knowing DOT rules, and simply all around, mediocre service. Unbelievable! They don't even deserve one star!

The Global Auto Logistics team comprised of Brenda Mitchell in Texas, Ken at Carroll’s Towing in Baltimore, and Sabrina Strohsal in Bremerhaven did an outstanding job of shipping my BMW to Germany from the United States. Their price was the best in the marketplace and they were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. My car made it without one scratch. I highly recommend their services.

Huge thanks to Brenda Mitchell in Arlington. I shipped my 1987 VW Vanagon to Germany last spring and I couldn’t have done it without her outstanding service. She made it a point to go the extra mile for me and even helping the folks in Germany as I ship my Bus back to the states. She gets my vote for Employee of the Year! Thanks so much for all you’ve done for me Brenda. You guys offer an outstanding service. Well done.

I would like to thank Mandy for her great customer service experience when VPC was not able to take my sons car they held it for a month while we got the proper paperwork to ship it to his next assignment especially since he is Military he needed to leave before his car could so they dropped it off and made things easy for us thank you again.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help getting my vehicle safely to Germany. I know I complained a bit about hold up to final destination but I will tell you all that the driver of the final truck to Boblingen was really awesome. He helped us get thru the customs office quickly AND put our plates on which I know is not his responsibility but was so appreciated! So, job well done, I will gladly refer you to everyone who is in need of transport and will be using you again in a few years when we relocate again!
