I’ve always had the best care at this location. However, recently that was not the case. I requested a virtual visit with Dr. Serrano. Several email confirmations were sent out as a reminder. I logged in 15 minutes prior to the appointment per the email. Stayed logged in for 45 min. No one called or logged in. I then called the next day and was told that they would leave a note with Dr. Serrano to call me this past Saturday August 30th. I have not heard back as of yet. Extremely disappointed with this process. Clearly lack of communication from the staff.

Had excellent care by the technician Ashley very caring, compassionate, good listener. Tobie had past trauma from past visit in other location she made sure to reassure him he will be comfortable and cared for. Absolutely would bring Tobie again to her.

I have always had a great experience at Banfield Pet hospital. Especially at the Winter Garden location.

The worst care plan. This company should close asap. A bunch of rip off artist, completely unethical organization. Do not waste your time and money with this company go to a reputable veterinarian. I contacted your customer care dept. I called customer care -I emailed and sent emails to every manager available. The issue I had with you was never resolved your customer service representatives do not care your company does not care all you care about is getting money for services that you don’t provide. Just like all your other customer service representatives that I contacted you posted a standard response but intend to do nothing to correct the issues.

Worst service possible we received in Winter Garden… the dog is whole day at medical room, and nothing does to him… at the final day I going to pick up the dog and the attendant have a bad initiative to get than… never and ever drop off your dog there…

If zero stars was an option, they’d be getting it. The vets here are beyond negligent and so are the vet techs. Even the administration seems incompetent. After they murdered my sisters dog, they still charge her a monthly fee. This was entirely avoidable. This was completely traumatic because the vets didn’t have the foresight to try less invasive ways of medical care. They neglected to put a heart rate monitor on poor Sully until after he passed. I truly hope nobody ever has to go through the tragedy our family did with this vet.
They have agreed to waive the fee but they will not just close the account. The vet should lose their license and this specific location should close.

The worst attention

Just had my cat here for a checkup and was told it would be a 40 minute wait while they ran their tests but that was a lie, it took almost 3 hours for everything to be done. On top of that they prescribed him an appetite stimulant that was supposed to be given over 3 days yet the bottle barely had enough for the second days dosage. I sure hope he feels like eating tomorrow or the whole visit was just a complete waste of money and time as usual.

The receptionists at the desk were not professional. I arrived 10-15 minutes earlier and had to wait to check in and then wait for a room. (I could’ve been checked in and the that extra time, would’ve been for waiting on a room.) When I went back to check in after waiting a few more minutes…not one of the receptionists acknowledged that I was there and carried on with personal conversations.
That is extremely rude and makes the patient feel less of value and not important/cared for. A simple hi how are you, hi we’ll be right with you would’ve been more than enough to at least feel seen. It happened a few times going to this winter garden location.
Not only was the arrival there disappointing but as I was waiting in the room waiting for my puppy. I heard a tech yell at a dog.
People leave their fur babies here to be treated with kindness, respect and care. NO ONE should be yelling or mistreating an animal. Poor thing is left in a crate and I’m sure isn’t feeling well or just flat out scared.
Who likes to be at a doctor’s office? Who goes to a doctor’s appointment and not feel scared or anxious of results?
Granted us, we have a voice, but our pets do not. We are there voice and that’s why I’m saying this!!! I am infuriated by this! That is unacceptable and should not be tolerated!
Going to banfield trusting that they will be cared for and loved and this is what I experienced. Absolutely horrendous! If you don’t care for animals or have the passion…find another job that you do have passion for. I’ll be damned if something happened to my dog under your care!

Attention Management. I'm hoping you'll see this review to help better the customer experience when people are needing assistance with your receptionist. I approached the receptionist to get a card for my kitties rx food and in the middle of her helping me, she took a phone call and stopped assisting me. It took me almost 15 minutes to get a card printed. She should have placed the call on hold or kindly asked another associate to accept the call to help them. Awful customer service to stop assisting the person who is in front of you. I've worked in customer drive for almost 20 years and this is not acceptable. If they needed to take the call, they should communicate with the person directly in front of them and say "do you mind if I accept this call really quick?".
Train your employees better and it'll make the atmosphere a much more enjoyable place to be. Thank you

The worst place you can take your pet
I paid $174,44 for microchip and rabies vaccine, they treated me very poorly, after back home petting my cat I figure out she wasn’t microchipped, backing to Banfield the vet MARIA TERESA BENAVENT AMARAL again intimidated me speaking rudely asked to another lady to back the money back to me, they gave back only $42, at first time she guarantee they couldn’t proceed the physical exam because my cat is very aggressive, they just invoiced after I called police and asked the vaccine serie number. I mean I could missed my cat for ever without microchip or kill her if I give the vaccine again or just trust them for a year praying to my cat not be sick.

The delay in this place is absurd! I'm here waiting to pick up my dog at their scheduled time. No one at the front desk (I had to call to let them know I was there) lack of respect for the customer. Not to mention that we don't pay cheaply for this type of service.
