Between the 25-26th last month (September) all of our business cards were shut down for no apparent reason. We found out after the mainstream media outlets let us know, not the bank, that it was a nationwide issue. Truist made it clear to the news outlets that the issue was resolved and it wouldnt happen again.Fast forward to October 23-25, and the exact same problem happened again! All 4 of our cards for business would not work. The bank told us they were aware of the situation and depending on who we talked too we would get a different story each and every time. Ever sense Suntrust combined with BBT it has been nothing but problems: their customer service took a sharp dive, it was clear we were just a number now and they really didnt care about the individual businesses. But whatever is happening with the credit side is a serious issue and we wont wait for a 3rd time. We will be closing our personal and business accounts that we have had with BBT for nearly 20 years.

I deposited quite a large sum of money in a new personal checking account on a Friday. I was informed they could not give me a temporary card because it was a new account. So when does it become an old account then. I couldnt even put a deposit on my truck so I had to pull cash out of my wells fargo account. I was told 7-10 business days for my cards to arrive. 10 business days later still not here. Went to local bank and still couldnt get a temp card. Had to pull cash out to pay tree removal guys. Im an inch away from closing my commercial and personal checking account and moving to wells fargo where I have a personal checking already. If wells fargo offers venmo and zelle deposits it might be a done deal. No wonder they have a lot of 2.8 star ratings or lower.

I bought a part they did not mark it when I took it back to get my money back they would not give me back the money at AC compressor was no good $130 you can buy a new one online for $118 what a rip off had to stop payment on check I'll take them to court if that's what it takes buy nothing from them the rip offs

I've been to this location a couple times with little interaction from branch employees. Today I was there to handle a transaction, which I made an appointment for as instructed after calling to obtain information on my needs, and on their current rules during the pandemic. After a long day, and after rushing to get to the appointment on time in rush hour traffic, I was told that they in fact could not handle my transaction as I was originally informed. There are apparently a few other items that were required, that I was not informed of or I could have easily taken care of before making the trip out. Needless to say I'm not pleased with the inconvenience, and it could have easily been avoided with more accurate information when I scheduled, and/or them having made a phone call prior to my appointment. They do appear to place a high priority on safety, as they only allow a certain number of customers in at once, so that is appreciated. I would have also appreciated accurate information or a phone call. I will complete the other requirements and return, but if there are any future issues I will take my business elsewhere.

We bank with this location and they provide great customer service. If you do not have an account here yet and are looking to switch go check them out. No long lines like we experience at other banking institutions.
