The absolute best experience at this location for Geek Squad. Mr Roman from geek squad provided an absolute amazing experience, one I actually did not anticipate on receiving unless sitting at a "genius bar". Made the replacement of my iphone stress free. Definitely will almost never go back to an apple store after an experience like this. Keep up the amazing work guys!

By far the best experience I’ve had with any Best Buy employee EVER! I’m the market for the iPad Pro needed some help and had some questions. Steven was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision he was awesome to deal with and I highly recommend him if you need any help in electronics! 5 stars!

Love this Best Buy I make a little bit of a drive up here to recycle my old electronics, batteries and ink cartridges. I noticed they have all their recycling bins temporary removed from the front not sure if they are getting new bins or what. A employee of LP took my ink cartridge and old watch to the geek squad for recycling for me she was very helpful. I buy a lot of electronics from here and I love the fact they offer open box electronics here. Who does not love giving used once or never used but not with the original packaging elections a second life.

I purchased a microwave on 7/26/20 with delivery and take away of my old over the range one at the Winter Garden Fl. store. It was set up four weeks out on 8/25/20 due to geek squad schedule, which seemed crazy. The next few days I realized the salesperson set the appointment for the morning when I specifically asked for afternoon because of my work schedule. I called to reschedule and now I had to wait 2 more weeks (6 now) so the new delivery was now 9/11/20. On Friday 9/11/20 after taking off half a day of work for the delivery I get a call at 10:44am call from the geek squad telling me the store didn’t have my microwave so he can’t deliver it and that Best Buy would call to reschedule. Not happy at all (geek squad was super nice, it wasn’t his fault). At 4:30 I start to get texts an emails telling me I need to reschedule the delivery. So Best Buy messes up and I need to call through the phone system to reschedule their mistake? A human can’t call and apologize for the company’s mistake? I waited 6 weeks and they couldn’t get the microwave to be ready for delivery? Now I’ll have to wait longer because they’re probably booked out weeks again. Poor customer service during this purchase and now I’m required to jump and call them when they should be calling me making this right.

The store is clean and organized. The Sales Associates are all friendly, helpful, patient and also do not pressure. For the items Im looking to buy, Best Buy prices are competitive. Its a pleasant experience to shop at this location.

Retail stores such as this one are dated, higher pricing reflects this. Online seems to be the direction the world has been slowly heading towards for years. Pricing reflects this, of course there are pros and cons to every aspect in life.

I'm so upset with this store. Bought all my new appliances from this store. Also purchased their package for installation on products. For some reason they keep canceling our delivery day. Now they tell us they no longer have a stove for us. I have never had such bad customer service. You call toll free and get Central America. Never again will I buy from this store. Went back to store. They made good and fixed all issues. They have restored my faith in Best Buy!!!

The product I wanted was out of stock and I was anxious to get it as quickly as I could. They made a special arrangement for to be hand delivered to my apartment the very next day for free. It even included some additional tools that I didn't expect. Great service!

Best Buy required all customers to wear masks, without giving some leeway to those of us who are CDC compliant and cannot breathe with them on. I was made to feel unwelcome by at least one of their employees.

I talked to the very knowledgeable salesperson for about 45 minutes about smart home security products. He educated me on many things I found very interesting.. I have Alexa products and he told me the differences between Google and Alexa and the pros and cons of each. He mentioned some things are on sale. The SimpliSafe video doorbell was a special price with the Best Buy rewards program. I thought I would get one and put it on my SimpliSafe system and be able to see who is at my front door.

Had a delivery scheduled 12-6. they texted at 11:20 and said they will be here at 11:40. So I waited outside and watched out the front door. At 12:30 I called to ask where they were. They rescheduled saying I was not available, although I was waiting and watching the entire time. I told them they needed to attempt for real and come back. They said it will be a few days. I said I want to cancel and take my business elsewhere, and they didn't even care. His response was "that's fine". You think they would try to fix it. They couldn't even see proof from driver for his attempt. There was no proof. He just didn't come or went to the wrong house. I will never do business with Best Buy again.

I tried calling the Winter Garden store and sat through the automated system for about 5 minutes before being sent to who know where. Then it just rang for about 10 minutes. Great customer service Best Buy. You deserve to go out of business. Just have a human there to answer the phone. It's not that complicated.

You need to call ahead and make a reservation. They told us they were short on employees. Waited in line, which totally drives me nuts. Wait in line to spend my money! Certain games and computers were in short supply. We were helped by salesman who knew about microwaves, and he was nice and friendly. Anyway I'd call first.

Apperently now we need to sign up to go inside. If they let you. From their site with a small around about way of letting you sign up for an appointment. I was able to get what i needed because i knew what i needed. The representative got it for me. But the whole line was a cluster f.ck. ppl do not respect 6 ft distance

The girl working the front was rude as hell to me. The people explaining social distancing and appointments displayed a lack of customer service and disdain for customers that was appaling. I'll never shop there again, they literally turned away business. To the manager: this reflection of your values shows you need fired.

They are the ONLY store in the center, still making customers wait in a line outside. They never made an announcement saying we had to have an order placed or know exactly what item we needed because we were not allowed inside the store. We stood there for 30/45 min and ended up going to Target

First of all - if you need to go inside to shop around you need to make an appointment to do so. You can call or make one in person. There is a text outside you can walk up to and you can ask them questions if you have them or just let them know what you'd like and they can go get it for you and bring it out and ring it up for you. All without entering store. You could also order online and have free shipping to your home or do curbside pick up. All the employees wore masks. Trey was very helpful during our apt today and was very knowledgeable - as was everyone we spoke to today.

I know we cannot go in the store and have to wait outside but the people who were working out there were not very polite in fact, I wanted to get an exchange for something and they only gave me a return. I didn't want a return I want the two exchanged what I got because it was missing pieces but I still wanted that item. I probably won't go back there again

Friendly service alway! The guys in electronics were so informative when I upgraded my home office system. Unfortunately one of the reps upfront gave us false information about the 0% interest rate for 24 months so it was a bit upsetting to find out after they already ran my credit. I wish they would just said they didnt know and that they'd find out information before running my credit. Other than that everything else was great
