I have always had a good experience from this Best Buy. I've used their install services, device repair and warranty service for different appliances and devices. Recently I found out that with the Best Buy Total membership I don't have to buy Apple Care for devices I buy at BB bc their annual membership extends all manufacturers warranties. Saves me $$!

This store is a perfect example of why people just shop online in 2023. Limited selection and terrible customer service is just a start. And I don't think I've ever gotten in and out of this place in a timely manner, no matter what time of day. There is always going to be a single confused cashier calling for a manager and a long line waiting to be rung up. If it weren't for the gift card I had, I wouldn't have even stopped by, but glad I did, as I can see nothing has changed, even post remodel. Probably won't be stopping by here again.

I go pick up a pair of Bowers & Wilkins CCM683 open box order … and they give me only one speaker then I said I ordered 2 speakers , but they said 2 speakers inside a box. I said the box clearly said one piece of speaker. Then I said just opened it up to verify then what’s is inside … it is only one speaker but not the one Bowers & Wilkins CCM683 it actually is Sonance - VP82R .Then they call all managers to check around an hour then just said … Sorry we don’t have anything else. We just cancel and refund for you .Waste 3 hours driving and waiting for them just for saying SORRY.

Sales persons are sent for special training. Very knowledgeable and professional. They truly work to get you the best product at the best price! Hector at Winter Garden store is amazing.

Staff is very helpful. I took my laptop to see if I could add RAM, and they were very honest. They said it was going to be costly and explained the why. Will definitely visit the store again.

Great place for all affordable electronics and all.Very great customer services.The tech geeks were also patient to explain everything to me to make the right and comfortable decisions.I was very glad they supported me.Great place and good stuff.I will always recommend.

Great experience at this store. Awesome sales personnel. Honest and professional. We went to buy a new TV, and we explained what was wrong with the not so old one, the sales associate explained to us what the problem is and all we new is a sound bar and speaker to enhance the quality and sound from the tv, he gave us (not free) :) a great quality bar and speaker, and now the TV is sounding terrific.

Really nice Best Buy location with nice employees and a great selection of cameras, electric bikes, and other cool stuff. I liked being able to play with the different new cameras that are coming out.

Absolutely a waist of time going to the store after calling to confirm the item is in stock! I’ve been a longtime customer of Best Buy but no longer. Inventory is never correct and all you get are apologies. We can order and ship it to you. I would not come to the store if I wanted to order it!

Im a loyal Customer of Best Buy .I came to the store and i was immediately harassed probably because i was speaking Spanish , The Associate in the cameras dept kept following me .I was told in a way very rude way that i couldn’t open any Boxes !I went to the front spoke to the Manager Mike , , he was Rude and yelled at me , saying he DIDNT CARE about what i though, i demanded to se signage that said you can cant open Boxes ! They have none !best buy and his manager Mike discriminated against me based in ny hispanic look !Shame on this store and this Manager should be Fired ! Im calling the district !Update : His Name its Michael and hes mot a Manager !

I'm thankful and praise God for Best Buy! I purchased all my tech for myself and my family here for a few reasons, but the main reason is because of the total tech membership protection and service. It has shown to be well worth it over the years with having four kiddos and most recently a tree outside my home got stuck by lightning and fried many pieces of equipment that was still in the two year total Tech protection. Thank you Best Buy! I also would say that I've been to several Best Buy stores, and I always get kind and simple great service!Life Is An AdventureLove Is The Key

I purchase all my tech equipment at this location, e.g., desk top, laptop, Ring devices & accessories, software, speakers, earphones, office equipment...I've been to several of their other locations but this is the only one that is professionally run.The manager never let's you wait without being served. So, you don't have to hunt someone down to assist.Their Geek Squad is super sweet & knowledgeable. They helped me to pull off a special 85" entertainment bundle for my hubby.
