“Nathalie was amazing and had great customer service helping me in purchasing my first bike! She needs to continue to be a big part of Trek after this location closes! JV was great too!”
“What a great place! We had Caprese Panni & a Cuban with fries & was delicious. Thanks Sheila West for recommending to us. And Brad for the glass of wine. ?”
“Got a new 27.5 inch tube replaced in less than 10 minutes as a walk in. Pretty good selection of bikes, gear, and there are repair and service options for whatever type of bicycle you have.”
“Excellent service.
We had a gravel tire with a leak. Took it into Clermont Bike on short notice, and it was repaired quickly and efficiently, with explanations along the way (we were interested in how it was repaired).
Very pleasant experience.”

“We came to this Trek store in a huge pinch with a busted derailleur on a cross state bike ride.
Heather and Stephen were truly life savers getting my Checkpoint repaired and tuned super fast. Another excellent Trek brand experience. Thank you both SO MUCH!!”

“I was referred to Coach Kameel by my local bike shop and have been thoroughly satisfied with the level of professionalism and attention to fit detail.
He genuinely wants to match you with a comfortable fit that also allows you to maximize your effort on the bike. He takes the time to understand your ambitions and works with you to help you get there.
I recommend Coach Kameel every time another cyclist asks about a bike fit.”
