More and more disorganized and with lots of old merchandise and in some areas, empty shelves. Cashier's are very attentive and nice, everyone else in the store is walking around stalking, cleaning up, organizing and only speaking to one another and never even acknowledged that you're a paying customer. They will help if you ask for help. I seldom come here anymore.

This is my go-to Big Lots it's right up the road from my house very convenient the customer service is always Pleasant if I can't find anything they will look and see if they can order it for me it's great for household it even have a little grocery area and a little clothing area and shoes as well Pat needs as well

Big lots is good. They always got a variety of everything so that's nice... Only thing is my uncle ordered a chair and they were supposed to replace it and never did and so for that I'm going to drop you one star. I apologize but other than that keep it up Big lots... The chair was some kind of default on the arm and they knew it. It shouldn't have been sold because you could obviously tell after we got it home that it was used as a display but whatever that was a year ago so
