Couldn't have sent our son to a more nurturing school! Everyone knows his name and cares for him like he is their child!

Have been taking our daughter here for over a year now, and can honestly say it has been the best experience. We feel like our kiddo is treated like family, with respect, kindness, and most of all is coming home with new learning every single day.She is 3 and started coming home telling us how to sound out words and think about which letter it starts with. We didn't teach her that, that was something she brought home and taught *us* what she learned. This is just a single example, but I could go on and on.There is just a level of care that goes beyond "daycare" and truly merits it as a learning center. I know when I drop my child off, she is going to absorb new things, new activities, skills, and is *happy* most of all. That's a hard one, because you can't interview a center and ask how well they do on a happiness scale. But she's truly thriving here and we just wanted to reflect on the amazing experience we've had so far.

Bright Horizons at Winter Garden is such a welcoming center. My daughter went there for back-up and it was like she was there full-time. The center director to the teachers everyone was utterly amazing. My daughter loved it so much, she can't wait to go back :)

Our two children went to this daycare for 3 years. Such a great experience. Teachers are very caring and attentive to the children. The teacher turnover is very minimal compared to other daycares. The director and leadership communicate frequently with family about updates and even during a pandemic they kept our kids very safe! Our oldest attended vpk here and she learned so much! Mrs. Elizabeth did a wonderful job challenging her and keeping her engaged. We will truly miss this school! We would highly recommend this school

Our daughter has the best time at Bright Horizons in Winter Garden. We love knowing her days are filled with enriching and stimulating activities. Her teachers are very loving and knowledgeable, we never worry for a second when she is in their care.

My daughter has thrived in Pre-Kindergarten at Bright Horizons Winter Garden. The staff are caring, patient, and they provide a great curriculum. They do a wonderful job of educating and building children's confidence in a safe environment, even during COVID-19.

$1700 a month for infant care is outrageous!! This is the highest place in the Orlando area and there are no extra amenities to justify it!

Our son has been attending Bright Horizons Winter Garden for the last 2 years. After visiting 4 other options in the area, we made the right choice! The facility is well maintained, safe, clean, and the staff is always friendly. We get updates throughout the day on the app. Each teacher takes such an interest in our son, and he loves going there - a true testament to the quality of care. When we pick him up each day - he asks to go back! The Center Director, Leigh Ann, and the Center Manager, Lauren, always keep us informed of the different happenings going on, celebrations, dress-up days, and activities. Overall - it's the best around. Couldn't be happier - or really - our son couldn't be happier!

Sending our little one to daycare was not an easy decision and we struggled to find a daycare that was organized and stimulating, but also provided the individual care and attention we wanted for our baby girl. We had a wonderful experience in the infant room and she is currently loving every day in the toddler room and waits (impatiently) by the door with her bag every morning to leave. We are blown away by all the new things she learns and all the outdoor activities she gets to do everyday. They truly listen to the parents and will go above and beyond to incorporate our wishes into her schedule (like helping her get awesome naps!). There is never a phone call, email, or question that goes unanswered and every interaction with the staff and management is warm and friendly. They have maintained strict protocols and I never question that they aren’t doing everything possible to keep everyone safe. I toured several centers and can confidently say Bright Horizons is far and away the best daycare in the area and worth every penny. We are so glad we found them and will have no reservations about sending our future children there as well!

Our son has been at Bright Horizons for two years (preschool and VPK), and we are happy and lucky that we found this great, fun, caring school. The kids work and play together, and the teachers are amazing, always keeping them both enjoying their playtime and focused on learning. It always sounds like they learn because they are interested and love what they are doing. Our son is about to read...he recognizes words around the house and out, and he understands lots of math. And loves it! He will remember his friends and teachers after he moves on to Kindergarten. And, Leighann and Lauren and all the teachers are incredible with what needs to be done to keep everyone healthy. We don’t even know all the details and honestly don’t have to worry, because they know how to handle it all and the kids are safe and comfortable.

We have been members of the Bright Horizons family for nearly 5 years! The entire team is wonderfully responsive and caring. I feel like I'm leaving my child in the care of trusted family and friends. In addition to all the teaching they provide to the children, they've helped us grow as parents as well. We are truly grateful for our Bright Horizons team!

Our daughter has been going here since she was three months old and now she is over two years old and she (and her parents) love it! We particularly like the healthy snack offerings, smaller class sizes especially in the infant room, the enriching activities and the great updates and photos we receive throughout the day through the app. She is really thriving and we have full confidence under their care.

This school and the staff (director, management and teachers) leave much to be desired. The director runs the school as a "business" and does not care much about the personal development of the children, nor puts in practice the principles and core values of the Bright Horizons curriculum. This lack of leadership reflects and trickles down to the staff and teachers in the school. Several times I walked by teachers with "long faces" and saw them talking down to the children and speaking to them in a rude way. When you first enroll, they will sell you on a "whole child" approach and several extracurricular clases like yoga, steam, computer room, etc. However, not once did I receive a picture, information or anything related to these activities. My child told me he never used the computers and I never saw his profile on any of them.Communication between the teachers and the parents was terrible (despite my efforts). It was a struggle to find out what happened in the classroom that day, as well as communicating with the teachers about specific topics to help my child thrive. It just seem like they did not care about the individual and rushed into a one size fits all approach to education. If you just want a "day care" then this might be for you, but if you're looking for a place where your child can flourish, feel nurture, and learn in an environment that supports and cares for their development, keep looking to other options.
