Staff is always friendly and attentive. Ease of making appointments and short wait times. Very comfortable atmosphere. My only suggestion is that when a client comes in and needs to obtain dentures, that EVERYTHING is discussed. Cost of "both" temporary and permanent dentures, any extractions, any bone grafting, the life-time of adjustments for duration of having dentures (without limit) from your facility. All financials gone over, explained and copies of all provided for future reference. Should be noted on paperwork what is included in the package and what is not. Also, claims sent to Insurance (s) and amounts applied. Basically keeping the patient up-to-date with everything from first consult on.

I had a terrible experience at this dentist office. I set up an appointment online (put in my insurance information online) and also received a text prompting me to call the office to confirm my insurance. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone, who confirmed my insurance over the phone and told me I was good to go for my appointment. Additionally, I called my insurance company to make sure I had Dr. Hunter listed as my PCD before my visit. Humana called this office while I was on the phone with them and confirmed my insurance with the office. Three times I confirmed my insurance. Upon arrival, the receptionist tells me I never confirmed my insurance and I would not be able to be seen. I told her I called and so did my insurance company, her reply was “ you should have gotten a text to call.” I told her I did get the text and I did call. Then the receptionist says she can’t call my insurance company to confirm because they “might not be open” on a Friday at 9am. It was embarrassing. This office is incompetent and unprofessional.

Went in approx 6 weeks ago. Since that time period, my insurance company has made 5 calls to the office. I am under a 2200 allowance for Medicare and everything is covered up to that point no matter what is done. . 1st appt the normal stuff is performed and a treatment plan of $8000 is presented and I was told that I would be out of pocket for $260 for the extraction which was kind of an emergency. So, I left and called my insurance. At that time I started making calls to the office because I was told they would call me back to make an appointment. Never received that first call back. Called my insurance and they were just a perplexed as I was because of my coverage. Now we start with the insurance contacting the dental office (at no time did the office try to contact me for "pre-authorization) trying to figure out what they are doing wrong because I was correct in that they do all the work up to my limit and after that I am responsible for the entire amount. After all 5 calls (one is which I was told directly that I had to agree with the entire plan or no service would be done- refusal to perform work). Was told several times by the insurance company that no authorization is required in which to receive work. Today was my last visit in which I was once again told that I need pre-authorization in order to perform work for an abscessed and painful extraction. So if pre-authorization is required, why haven't they actually did it after 6 weeks? Why are they trying to charge me for something that should be included with every extraction (irrigation with antibiotic). Why are you hanging up on a customer? Why are you waiting to patient is at the office after numerous calls by the said patient and insurance company? The big one here is as my husband was getting my records (changing dentist) the same exact thing was happening to another patient standing there...said pre-authorization required but nothing done on the office side or if insurance had to same limits as mine (side note - no authorization was required for him). One thing to understand about all of this is I have severe panic attacks when I leave my house and it is even worse going to a dentist. I have had several extreme incidents that would make anyone have the same. So the moral to this story is that you will have to do all the leg work to get pre-authorization for any work and that is even if your insurance company requires them to do. Be ready with the insurance company on the line and ready to fight for you as the gentleman was yanked out of the chair (same issue, pain and needed extraction) before me. This company is all about the money and no patient care at all. Just don't go.

I really feel deceived. I scheduled a cleaning, went in for my scheduled appointment, they did X-rays and then told me they were double booked and couldn’t do the cleaning. My teeth are in great condition, that was not the issue. Apparently this is common practice for them, others have told me they allegedly make more money on X-rays and checkups and prefer not to do cleanings. I’m not even sure if I can go somewhere else at this point until I figure out what they have billed my insurance for.

We’ve been Bright dental patients for a long time. My 2 sons had braces and now their teeth are perfect. I openly recommend The orthodontist Richard Gill, DMD He is the BEST doctor we’ve ever had.

I wanted to use this review to absolutely RAVE about Marcelo! He is INCREDIBLE and this location is so lucky to have him! I highly recommend that you request him as a hygienist. He was so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgable. It is evident that he truly cares for his patients. Also, he was so gentle and continued to check-in throughout the process. Not to mention, my teeth looked amazing after the cleaning!Thank you Marcelo, you are the best!!

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.Because I changed dental insurance so I just picked this office from their recommended list, but the visiting was not good.I understand each dentist wants to do more for your teeth, whenever they can, they want to do more so they can earn more money from your insurance and you. But I have my line and I do not want to be ripped off, so I asked I just need basic cleaning, which my previous dentist always did for me for past 6 years. And I was told it was too late on Friday and they were closing soon too. Turned I got nothing except paid 10 bucks copay.

I am new to the area and was looking for new dental care for me and my husband, and we are so appreciative and grateful we found Dr. Hunter and the Bright Now staff!!! We have a plan in place to correct everything we need dental wise and I am so excited to work towards the necessary treatments and corrections! The appointments were quick and informative and everyone explains everything to us and helps us work out a future plan very thoroughly!

Denise wasalways kind and did a great job. Just always sit and wait for almost 40-45 min after apt. Also keep pushing 6 month visit to like 7 months. Had a crown fall off and called. Was told had to wait a month until my cleaning appointment, arrived and now told something had happened and my cleaning appointment was cancelled. Now another 2-3 months to reschedule. Ridiculous when not my fault and now how you treat a client!
