“I am SO happy I chose Big Bobs Flooring-! I went to Home Depot and had a horrible experience just trying to schedule an appointment. At Big Bobs, they treated me like an individual who mattered. I spoke to a Claudia, and we scheduled a home visit to do measurements for one small bedroom. She made an appointment immediately, and there was no charge for the visit. She was amazing from beginning to end. I liked her so much we decided to do two rooms instead of one. The communication was outstanding and the process was extremely fast. Prices were excellent and there were no hidden fees. The two guys who installed our flooring were fantastic. Incredibly professional and extremely helpful with all my requests and concerns. I am so incredibly happy with my new flooring I would recommend them to everyone.”
