Friendly customer service as I walked in the store. I came for a Ring and necklace. I left with just a ring. The ring itself at first glance was very nice and correct size but after looking it over I noticed a few small pits in the ring and on the inside of the band it wasnt stamped for the Karat# instead it had engraving of someones name and 2 different dates. I wish the Rep would have disclosed this info. I literally got to try it on and then he took it to the counter for checkout and thats that. Its a bit frustrating because now I will have to pay a jewerly repair to fix pitting and remove the exisiting engravings. Just if tour buting jewerly look over the pieces carefully with a loop before purchasing.

Got a great deal on a 5mm Franco chain but did not get what I wanted for trade-in on my other chains. I would maybe consider if you want top dollar for your chains to sell them elsewhere. Talk to Bryan he will take care of you .
