I have tried to close my account several times here and to pay off the credit card that is attached. I've tried to make payments over the phone because my account was locked and was turned away due to not knowing a pin that was made over 20 years ago. All I wanted to do was to pay the balance of the card and they refused. I now live several states away and cant just pop Into the office to verify myself whenever needed. I recently made the trip 4 states over to close the account and was told I had to wait for the check to clear and to just call back in a few days and they would close it over the phone. Few days goes by and I call to only be told they couldn't speak to me again over the phone since I didn't know the pin. Mean while there was $5 in this account I just needed it closed so I wouldnt be charged the money fee of not using the account. So again I had to go into the office where I was told I needed to use a check to close the account. I said for what? Why would I need to give you a check? The teller just kept saying you need a check. Finally another worker came over and said oh no sorry we new you a check for $5. Major language barrier going on at this wintergarden office. This is the second time I've had a language issue with them with them misspeaking.

Steve was of great assistance today (5/7/2024) helping me with my financial needs. I have been a member for 30 years and for better than 25 of them I have lived in Floridas capital city (250+ miles away). Addition/CFEFCU has always been there for us when their services have been needed (car loans, etc). Thanks for the A+ service!

This is my third review from the Winter Garden Edition Financial Credit Union. This Credit Union is the last bank or credit union that you will ever want because of their full service. I had an appointment today with Dina Hanna and just like her coworkers, everything was handled within minutes to my satisfaction.I highly recommend this Credit Union especially this Branch because the management and employees are great and they are very knowledgeable and will help with all of your financial needs.The membership is a privilege and a pleasure and you are treated as a person with customer satisfaction first!

I was at the bank yesterday, i recommend Jacqueline Beauchamp as she is an excellent team member at winter garden .Miss Beauchamp went above and beyond toward her customers,she listened attentively and helped me in a timely manner.Best costumer service representative!!!!!
