I am writing this review because this Chase in Hamlin Winter Garden has the most arrogant and bias customer representatives that I have ever seen!!! My husband and I have gone in different occasions and is the same treatment. I even made a complaint at the Corporate office. Obviously they don’t care because he still works there! The worse part is that he discriminates people who look Hispanic or color skin different! Somebody should fired that guy name J. The worse kind of human that you can possibly imagine. Go to another bank

5 Star Service. Scheduling an appointment makes sense. It takes a bit of time to set up new accounts and do it right. Ian was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered questions to ensure proper set up of new accounts. It was a total pleasure doing business at this Chase location. Highly recommend.

I went in to open an account for my daughter and was told you have to make an appointment. Appointments are a week out and there were three people there in offices with no customers. I’ve been in here a few times and never had polite or helpful service. Just switched banks

Well maintained. Ian is very helpful and went above & beyond to get us set up today. Staff overall is friendly here and they have the latest tech system. Much better than BoA.Highly recommend this Chase branch.

This is the dumbest chase location ever built. No drive-thru tellers. 1 ATM outside, and fully locked inside with no ATM access after hours outside. The ATM only takes 30 bills at a time (when its even working) for deposits, which is nuts because the other closest location (winter garden) takes 100 bills at a time......Tonight I went and the ATM stated it could not do deposits.....this was my 2nd time attempting to come here, I came last night and it was being worked on....who works on an ATM on a friday night? Since there's only 1 ATM and it's down more often than it's working, it renders this location completely useless, can't even go during the day because there's no drive-thru and I do not like getting out of my car with large amounts of cash.

I am pretty happy with chase, but this location in particular was great.The banker Tanesh, was prompt, professional and took great care of me.Great job!

Don’t expect to see a teller. This branch will do anything to redirect you to an ATM. In doing so they are usually blunt and rude. Nice new building but bad experience.

I wanted to open a business account. Chase does not allow clients to walk in and speak to a representative, so an appointment must be made online. When trying to make an appointment online, the website didn't have any available for weeks, so I was prompted to open my account. I did and have been making deposits into the account. I received an email and letter letting me know that my account will be closed unless I meet with a banker to give additional information. I tried to make an appointment, but the next available appointment was after the date that the account was going to be closed by them. I called and asked for help, but they only said that I have to see a banker. I sent emails explaining the situation and did not receive a reply. I received a notice saying that I had ten more days until the account was to be closed. I called the bank and my account has already been closed. They said that they would be sending a check to me to return funds in ten days.The check they sent was $15,000 less than they owed me and I am now fighting to get my funds returned. It's been a month. I have made twenty attempts to collect my funds by phone and in person. No one has been able to resolve this.Terrible.

Not really sure what the bad reviews are for? This chase will change your attitude for the day, everyone is so nice and accommodating like walking into a nice hotel.Just went in to exchange cash so not sure about other services but the people are so nice.

Worse local service, no one picks up the phone not even if their own 800 # tries to call them. When you walk into the branches you get mismatching information that doesn't match with calling the 800#. The employees aren't on the same page with their knowledge. Having a terrible experience technically trying to add an additional account to our business account. And having someone call me back since I'm not able to commute to a local branch again. 2 work hours wasted.

I used this branch to send a wire-transfer when I was buying my new home. They recommended I do it online and walked me through the process to save me a few dollars.
