I love love Chico's and the great ladies that work there. They have beautiful unique clothing styles and their customer service goes above and beyond. Debbie and Kathy are outstanding and are always ready to assist in any way they can. They are always a huge help to me when shopping. Chico's is the only store I shop for clothing because of their unique and beautiful styles and because of the outstanding customer service that I have received from Debbie and Kathy and others over the years. I recently also met the new store manager, Selena, and she was so nice and helpful also. I can't say enough about this incredible store and amazing employees. Due to their outstanding customer service it's like shopping with girlfriends when I'm there. Each time I shop there my day has been made even if I come home empty-handed and that says a lot about the customer service that I receive from the wonderful ladies. Thank you Debbie and Kathy and now Selena for always putting a smile on my face! You are the best!

I really enjoy shopping at Chico’s. The saleswomen are extremely kind, helpful and they know their product. I really like that they remember my name. My favorite saleswoman is Maria and the managers Debbie and Selena are fantastic. They will try to up sell you but they aren’t pushy. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They will tell you the truth about how an outfit. Here is why they didn’t receive 5 stars. Today I went in and spent over $650 yet my items weren’t nicely wrapped in tissue paper. This may seem picky but Chico’s is a boutique with boutique prices. When you pay more you expect more. There have been times when each individual item is wrapped in tissue paper and I don’t have to immediately put everything away. Today my items were haphazardly put into a bag with tissue paper over the top. For me that’s unacceptable. I shop quite a bit at Chico’s and expect a little extra care with my $160. jeans. However, tissue paper or no, I’ll be back!

I love Chico's and have spent a small fortune online. I will NEVER return to the Winter Garden Village store to pick up, return, or shop. The way I was treated by every employee (except for one sweet lady with long hair) was horrendous. I was spoken Down to by more than one employee, "yelled at" for not shopping IN store, and after asking to try on pants in "tall", told they would have to order them! THAT is why I order online. Pay the $7 for a return label. Nobody should walk out of there with the "pretty-woman-moment" feeling I had. Shame on you!

We were in the store last night and ready to pay a little before closing. As we were checking out we noticed some lovely playing cards behind the register. We wanted to purchase but were told they were free with purchase tomorrow..which is today. We spent $700 between two of us which was well over the minimum purchase requirements to warrent the free gift. We drove 1/2 hour to shop at this location. I work in retail and know rules can be bent to satisfy the customer. We were offered to come back tomorrow and spend the minimum purchase to get the free gift! Please...seriously? We weren't pushy about it at all but left a very bad taste. We happened to customer service?

I would have expected more help from the store associates. I think if service would've been better I would've ended up making a purchase but I got frustrated and left.

Chico’s in Winter Garden overall is a great store. In the past I felt like the closing was suited more for older women, but it seems like they have more fun styles now. The clothes quality is fantastic, I have some pieces that I bought a couple of years ago and they are still in a great shape although I wear them a lot. The prices might be a bit on a higher side but you can easily get a few pieces and easily mix and match outfits. Great selection of fashion jewelry too.

Come here every year while on holidays from Ireland. Always managed to get many beautiful pieces of both clothing and jewellery but this year I find prices are too high for me...sorry!

Having just had my first shopping experience at Chico's, I must say that I am stunned by the accusations of an unwelcoming sales staff. My experience was the exact opposite. Maria greeted me shortly after I entered and helped me throughout my visit without being intrusive. She brought me different sizes and found me different clothing items to go along with pieces that I liked. Everyone there was cheerful and helpful and happily aided me in ordering a few items that weren't available in my size. There were at least 3 other women who came into the store after me and they were all greeted and aided in the same way. I had nothing but a positive experience and I will definitely be going back.

I have been to this store 3 times and not once has anyone said hello, welcome, can I help you? I worked for the Chico group, in California, about 2 years ago and I am shocked how this store even makes it. Our manager would have never allowed any of the sales associates to treat customers like this and BTW, I am white.
