Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas is a nice theater with very comfortable, plush seats that recline, which many guests feel is a must-have feature. The screen is really large. The theater is described as small enough to feel comfortable but with nice amenities, convenient parking, and ease of use. It is considered a great or pretty good theater for the area. Service is generally good with friendly staff. Servers are typically quick to greet guests and provide drinks and food, and they are helpful in resolving issues. The menu offers a pretty good variety of decent food and drinks, including items like wings, fries, egg BLTs, and bottomless popcorn and drink refills. Some menu changes have been appreciated. However, feedback on the food is mixed; some find items like lemon pepper wings bland, while others find them tasty. The popcorn is served in metal bowls and is noted for not being too salty, but it is also sometimes reported as not fresh and not very buttery. It seems to have gone down hill since opening. No security. I walked right in to my theatre. No one checked my tickets. Staff members were talking and laughing and just watched me walk right past them.

The seats are all messed up. The food is a total rip-off. I paid $125.00 for chicken wings, chicken tenders and a salad and sodas. Shame on the company that have the nerve to charge such outrageous prices. I wont come back.
