New pharmacist Samantha is the rudest person I have ever met. Creating problems filling prescriptions based on her interpretation that NO OTHER pharmacist there has ever had issues with. Once my doctor called and talked to her she called me back and said she would no longer send prescriptions to this pharmacy based on how rude Samantha was to her also. New policy now, they won't even answer the phone, you have to leave a voice mail. They claim prompt calls back but over a day and nothing I had to go there for no reason.

BEST CVS!! Visited the store yesterday, and I was having an issue with the app, and the gentleman that was cashiering was kind enough to figure out what was wrong. Great customer service, was able to activate my 20% discount thank you every little bit helps these days

Wonderful experience! Thank goodness for this CVS! My husband and I received excellent care, attention and service. I had stepped on a rusty nail and received instant relief as I was able to be seen right away and got a tetanus shot. My husband was even able to receive a booster tetanus shot and another needed vaccine. Dr. Pavani was wonderful, kind and attentive. We didn't even feel the shot as it was given by a caring professional. Thank you so very much and any time we need a vaccination, we will certainly make the ride to this great location. Thank you!

Custer service at the pharmacy is almost nonexistent. They ask a question and will talk over you and other colleagues you are responding. Sad to see CVS deterioration

This place is horrible! I had my two year old with me who desperately needed antibiotics. We got there 7:52pm The technician told me it wouldn’t be ready until 11am tomorrow because it will take 20 minutes to make it they will be closing in fews minutes. I asked if I can please speak to the pharmacist I have sick kid it wasn’t for me and I don’t want to drive to Clermont with crying toddler. After a few minutes the pharmacist comes with paper that I handed to the technician and literally starts yelling at me telling me that I needed to go to the 24 hour. Hang up the phone and walks away. My mind is blown away as what hell I just witnessed, this kind behavior shouldn’t be acceptable by any standards especially from a pharmacist. She could have just no we can’t serve you that would have been enough. Please take your business to mom and Pop places if you can help it.

Look across the street, there is a Walgreens. Go anywhere but here. Horrible customer service. Incompetent pharmacy staff. Three times in a row terrible experience. Yes three times, I was trying to nice and patient and give them a chance(s). But we should not take that risk with medication, it could literally cost you your life. Terrible pharmacy, stay away.

If you look across the street there's Walgreens. Go anywhere but here, if you need a prescription filled. Last three visits have gone from bad to worse. Terrible customer service. Rude and ignorant technicians and lying pharmacist . I can let stuff slide once, even twice. I believe in giving chances, anyone can have a bad day. But when it comes to medication, it could cost you your life. Save your money, time and probably life. This staff has no idea what they are doing.

These pharmacists are rude and unprofessional. I called to fill a prescription and they said they didn’t have it.Their solution for me was to call each CVS in the Orlando area to check whether they had it individually. I got lucky and the first one I called in Clermont had the medication. I asked the pharmacy there if it was true a pharmacy can’t look up other locations and they said no.I called back to Winter Garden CVS about contrary info. Pharmacist was again rude and dismissive. They seem understaffed… Going to shift to Clermont.
