Writing this review specifically because of the pharmacist Dr. Amira, she was great. She was the only person working in the pharmacy and was still quickly taking care of customers and processing prescriptions. Very impressive. At other pharmacies there’s like 4 people back there and they all just stand around and make you wait. This cvs is always very busy, so there’s a wait sometimes, but it’s not from laziness. It’s from a lack of staff in such a high volume area. This is not the pharmacist’s fault, so please stop taking it out on them!!! Thank you Dr. Amira, we need more pharmacists like you.
Reading some of these 1 star reviews, the lack of compassion people have is crazy. Yes the pharmacy closes from 1:30-2 pm that is the pharmacist’s lunch break. They work from 9 am - 7 pm, and that 30 min is the only break they have in a 10 hour shift. Can we please bring back having consideration and compassion for others?

This pharmacy closes between 1:30pm-2pm for lunch. I got there a few minutes before 1:30pm and the pharmacist started to close the gate - needless to say he would let me pickup my prescription. Glad it was a prescription that could wait and not something that was needed urgently. Still planning to switch to Publix Pharmacy.

Terribly inefficient experience. Takes forever to pickup, they have no clue what they are doing

For how many orders they take I think they are doing a good job. There usually is a wait but they are kind and helpful. Give them some slack.

This Pharmacy is fine, but CVS as a company is disgusting. Dropping peoples medication perscribed by a Doctor for a lesser medicine is unethical. How do you all sleep at night.

I wanted to share a kind review something different for a change. My daughter had a bad eye situation, I was in desperate need of receiving the prescription the same day. I called and was frustrated that I had to leave a voicemail. I received a call back right away by Sunil who told me he can help me and to come straight to the pharmacy. Within 30 minutes I received these much needed eye drops for my young daughter who had so much pain and was crying. Fast forward a week later again; She ends up with an infection and also an upper respiratory infection as well. I had received the CVS text indicating they received on prescription order. I rushed over to them instead of calling because they would be closing soon. I was again helped by Sunil and another young man. They were so kind in the mist of the rush before closing. and were able to get the much needed medicines my daughter needed. I am so thankful that they were able to help us when we really needed the help. Thank you Sunil and your team for being there when we needed the urgent help.

I rated this one star because first of all the employees are rude, they never have the medicine ready and they always make the excuse my insurance doesn’t cover it when in reality my insurance does cover it.

The absolute worst customer service. They are all so unprofessional. My prescription was sent electronically before opening yesterday and my husband went in person to pick it up an hour after the pharmacy opened, they told him to wait and don’t known how long it would be. FIVE HOURS later I get a text it’s ready, and only one of them was ready. Ontop of that they put my meds in a plastic clear ziplock bag. That’s how they added it over. They’re a joke of a pharmacy.

CVS Pharmacy at Target, Winter Garden, is the nicest place where people really care for you.

We’ve been coming to this location for years. They have always accommodated me to the best of their ability. The staff does the best they can with what they have. Corporate needs to provide them with more staff. It’s not easy answering calls, verifying insurance, providing consultations, filling prescriptions and administering vaccines all the while with customers “right now” expectations. Especially in this location.

The workers there are the most sweetest and hard working people there. From the pharmacist to the pharmacy techs. They endure a lot of stress and challenges, especially with awful people who are demanding and yell at these poor workers.
As a healthcare worker I appreciate all of them. I think most people who don’t work in this field won’t understand what it’s like. They work long exhausting days, have a short lunch, and then have to close the pharmacy and go home for the night.
