Came in at 9:05pm on a Saturday and all the doors were locked people just on their phones standing on the inside looking at me messing around. So unprofessional definitely going to be call corporate this is just ridiculous.

I don't go to DQ much. But, it was nearby and tried it out. Great. Happy employees too.

Went thru the drive thru and was greeted. Then I asked if they had double cheeseburgers. She didn't answer, but she made sure to let out a loud sigh thru the headset. She had to push the talk button to let me hear her sigh. I said, "What? Do you?" She replied, "I guess you need more time to look over the menu."I was the only person in the drive thru, also.

Manager really needs to work with the employees especially the one working the window. Trying to ask a question and she walked away not the friendliest. Also photo of my non toasted toast.

Tried to order a couple blizzards. Were told they were out of one. The cashier was quick to suggest a St. Patrick's milkshake to our daughter as alternate. Despite our better recommendations, she went with the cashier's suggestion. And promptly had very little of it, because she did not like it.

You can’t go wrong with ice cream. That was not the problem. We were sitting in the lobby eating and I decided to order a blizzard for my kid. I was told no we close the dining area. Well damn, how about letting folks know yo are about to do that. But to tell me to get in my car and go through the drive through. What kind of establishment business does that. Not cool at all.

Your drive-through staff needs to be friendlier. Whoever was working at 8:30 on January 14, 2024 needs to be nicer. I’ve had a run-in with her before with her being snippy. She doesn’t even communicate. No thank you or anything. She acts like she doesn’t have to be friendly to customers. We pay her salary with our patronage.

This place has to be the worst fast food in Winter Garden. Every time I go the order is incorrect or they do not give me my entire order. I have had issues with a cake order in the past which was unsatisfactory in their ability to address their mistake. Today they did not give me my entire order. I asked to speak with a manager to tell them of my ongoing issues and the woman “Ms. Vixen Mistletoe” identified herself as a manager. I told her I was missing part of my order and she expressed no concern at all. They had me pull forward and wait for my order to be brought out. I quickly saw I was missing food. I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be remedied and when I told her this she responded, “I am short staffed what do you want me to do about it?”. I said you could have brought me out the rest of my order since I told you this over the drive thru window (I drove back around and got in line) I had small children with me which made it difficult to come in. They told me to wait and pull up to the window in line. Her response again is “what do you want me to do you have your food”. Nice attitude, it is a rare occasion you actually got my order correct making it the standard of your service. I won’t be going back here again.
