On Wed 12 March 2025, around 0930, I was driving thru Westchase to Oldsmar. Your truck, 06883, I think, was tailgating me. I was set on cruise control at 51mph. It's a 45 zone. When he passed me, after turning to Dorest Lakes, he blew by me. I was at 48 and he was oit of sight in seconds. Caught up at Tampa Rd, where again, he jumped ahead og the pack. Very aggressive driver. Unprofessional.

We bought the cosmetic exterior warranty with our new truck in 2020😢😢Have had no claims… now I have a few dings I’d like to get fixed and no one will call me back. I sent in pictures months ago… now they all of a sudden can’t find my pis I sent in…. And never have I had a return call to set up appt. Been trying to get this resolved off and on for At least 4 months..so frustrating.

I asked for an estimate to get paint chips repaired and was told to send pictures. I sent them and told him I had a paint stick from my auto dealer. I was told they match the paint there. So I make an appointment and drive 45 minutes to have some impersonal person show up and look at it and go to her vehicle to get a paintbrush. No prep, no paint matching, and I was outside which she must not been aware of because she was on the phone apparently talking about this job because when she saw me she quit talking. Anyway, I told her it should be sanded and she said that would require taking the hood off. Wrong answer. I have seen YouTube of people sanding and prepping the area. With that I told her I could do it so she removed the paint she had put on and now it is dried all over the hood of my car. Thanks b----!

After paying 799.00 for insurance through Toyota to fix dinks and scratches on my car, I was informed that my my car didn’t qualify for repairs. I had small dinks repaired twice before and now I am told the company doesn’t do scratches and dinks. The internet clearly outlines the services provided. The insurance money I paid was a scam to me. This company has my money and will not deliver service.

Guy name Sonny came by my house and didn’t finish the job. He painted the car without washing it first. So you can see the dirt marks through the paint. They painted over my car with proper protocol. I called to discuss the issues and they stated he doesn’t work for the company. I have the phone number of the person I spoke with and they stated they can’t do nothing about it. Apparently he (Sonny) doesn’t work for the company but he has the label (Dent wizard) on his car. I have photos of the person and his license plate. This is a bad business and the fact they did nothing about was more alarming. Stay away. I will continue to provide bad reviews until my issues is properly resolved.

I had a very severe door ding from another vehicle. I called Dent wizard and Lily was able to schedule me for an estimate within a couple hours of my call. Charles, the repairman told us that because of severity of the dent, he was unsure he could make it perfect. I told him to try and if need be, I would take it to a body shop.
He worked at it for about 20 minutes and it is PERFECT! I can not see any remnants of the ding whatsoever. This company is awesome. The $100 was very well spent and the employees are all wonderful to visit with and truly know their trade. Kudos to them!

Great quality and professional experience every time. My headlight restoration made my headlights look brand new. Paint job was excellent. I was very impressed with how everything was handled. Highly recommend.
