Good location, clean, easy access, and a lot of carts to help move in and out. Only “inconveniences” were the lights inside would cut off automatically so we had to go down to the elevator to get them to turn back on, and then people parking right in front of the doors in the NO PARKING zone right behind our U-Haul ramp so we had to be careful when unloading (but that one isn’t necessarily the storage places fault)

The facility on Beard Rd in Winter Garden is outstanding. We recently moved out of two CubeSmart units and into two Extra Space storage units. By far the cleanest of all storage units.

Fleet manager made arrangements for truck and trailer to be stored here while my husband had surgery. Checked on the truck three different times and it was fine. Went to pick it up two weeks later and someone had siphoned all of the fuel out of the truck. Today (Monday) there was no one in the office at 2 pm. This IS NOT a secure facility. Don't store anything of value at this Extra Space.

Super easy move in experience. Almost completely automated and the unit and lock were waiting on me when I got there. Brand new facility. Very clean. Gate and door codes worked seamlessly.

Yesenia was very knowledgeable, easy going and patient with my wife and I. Facility is very clean and she takes pride of that, her desk, office and storage facility in general.

Great customer service! I messed up and the manager, Carolyn, helped me out with getting back into my unit. My whole day was looking to be ruined because I drove a long way over. She got me taken care of and didn’t show a bit of aggravation during it. Will stay here now because of this, thank you.

This is one of the few storage places that actually answers the phone when you call. The purchase of a climate controlled storage unit was seamless, the woman who is on site is a delight she is prompt and very knowledgeable! Great experience. Mine is in Winter Garden. I completely recommend this facility!

Legit the only storage place where I feel like I am not just another customer, Carolyn treats me with Respect and like I’m not a waste of time, she is always eager to Help and go above and beyond qualities that are hard to come by in a person nowadays, wonderful experience Im always smiling afterwards like my worries disappear each time, great Customer service seriously!!!!

Excellent Service!! Brand New facility! Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable! Just stop to check prices and availability, not renting yet due to I still have a unit at Cubic , but will definitely move my belongs to here. Love the care of the manager for the facility and for my business. Impressed.
