Slowest bank in the world. The community would be better if this branch closed. It lowers the average of the surrounding area.

10 year customer and they charged me two overdraft fees and won’t reverse them. lady was extremely rude and didn’t care to lose a customer.

Staff is very friendly and kind at this branch. Having said that, I had the worst overall experience with 5/3 bank. I have 2 international wires lost without a trace for almost a month, and 5/3 still does not seem to find the way to tell me where the funds are. My case jumped from employee to employee, all off them very kind but no results so far. None of them can give me an answer other than, "...we requested our wire room to put a wire trace on the funds one week ago, and we are waiting for the other bank to respond...". I hold multiple accounts in multiple banks in the U.S and overseas and never happened to me something like this. I can say for a fact that their replies are always very fast and efficient, especially if some wire needs to be traced because it hasn't reach the beneficiary account. I have been at this branch in person no less that 6 times for this issue, sent multiple emails and called multiple times. Today I finally got to speak to a branch manager and got her promised to help me figure this out. Will update my review after the issue is resolved.

I have had this bank for years, & this has always been my go to branch. Whenever I go in they are always friendly no matter who I see, and they always recognize me (even when I don't recognize them) and ask about my parents. On multiple occasions they have given me invaluable advice and talked me through sticky situations, always bending over backwards to help me get what I need, which sometimes includes them coming up with creative solutions. Super friendly and knowledgeable people, great to go to not only for banking but also for learning about anything money related. Fifth third app is also great and very user friendly.

Used the ATM last week, to deposit money that I needed to pay my card. The machine took the money and said there was no money and didn't give me a receipt. The money wasn't deposited into my account. I ran to the bank, the doors were closed but there were still people inside. I explained the situation through the glass door and they said they were closed and I had to call tomorrow morning. I understood, called all morning before work, no one picked up. I was unable to go since by the time I get out of work, the bank is closed. I finally got ahold of them today and they tell me that there is nothing they can do because the ATM is from a third party and all they gave me was a number. I've been on a 20 minute call, being asked questions to prove that I did deposit the money. Definitely don't recommend using their ATM.

Just went to this location to make a simple deposit, they only had one teller working on a Saturday, waited with other customers almost 40 minutes, was told I needed the full account number to make the deposit and the current system could not call up the account by a name, no wonder their stocks tanking with massive withdraws, very sad

This has got to be the best branch ever. The Manager—Jen Colon, Maricarmen, Victor and Brittany are amazing. They have given me such great advice and make it so easy to do business with. I would recommend this branch to my friends.

I guess appointments mean nothing to this location!!! Very disappointed in the staff here! Called ahead to make sure we had an appointment. Was told we would be the first ones after a reps lunch. Waited for over 40 minutes and just walked out!

I've been a customer of this branch for 12 years and was very happy when the Branch Manager, Patrick, was running things. I decided to deposit a check my daughter received from her grandfather via the 5/3 app and now its on an indefinite hold. 12 years I've banked with them and now they have put a hold on a check to a 17 year old girl because they think it might be fake. SMH...needless to say - as soon as the check clears...I'm closing all accounts and going elsewhere! Good bye 5/3...you truly give new meaning to craps customer service...Darren Mize, Winter Garden FL

While the staff in the branch are nice and very helpful, Fifth Third Bank as a whole is unstable and unsecure with people's accounts. They allowed my business credit card account to be hacked. It had a zero balance and the strange thing was that someone tried to make a payment on a card with no balance. Then when the hacked payment tried to process and failed Fifth Third charged me a fee for the "failed payment." Not once but multiple times in the same week. On discovery we closed the account and reported it to all involved at fraud and customer service department and to staff in the bank. Yet they could not fix it. As a result we have and are closing all out financial accounts with Fifth Third. What should have been an easy fix cost this bank a one time loyal customer. I would highly suggest that you get your money out of this bank before it collapses.
