I have had this bank for years, & this has always been my go to branch. Whenever I go in they are always friendly no matter who I see, and they always recognize me (even when I don't recognize them) and ask about my parents. On multiple occasions they have given me invaluable advice and talked me through sticky situations, always bending over backwards to help me get what I need, which sometimes includes them coming up with creative solutions. Super friendly and knowledgeable people, great to go to not only for banking but also for learning about anything money related. Fifth third app is also great and very user friendly.

While the staff in the branch are nice and very helpful, Fifth Third Bank as a whole is unstable and unsecure with people's accounts. They allowed my business credit card account to be hacked. It had a zero balance and the strange thing was that someone tried to make a payment on a card with no balance. Then when the hacked payment tried to process and failed Fifth Third charged me a fee for the "failed payment." Not once but multiple times in the same week. On discovery we closed the account and reported it to all involved at fraud and customer service department and to staff in the bank. Yet they could not fix it. As a result we have and are closing all out financial accounts with Fifth Third. What should have been an easy fix cost this bank a one time loyalcustomer. I would highly suggest that you get your money out of this bank before it collapses.

BUYERS BE AWARE*** Worst bank eveeeer. Please read to the end and save yourself the hassle and never do business with this bank! Our mortgage was sold to this horrible bank and ever since, for the past 5 years, we were living a nightmare. Thank God we were able to refinance this year. Not only they keep the Consumer's money to the very last minute, they inconvenienced us so many times that is just unbelievable they still in business.Last year, they did not send our home owner's insurance payment of almost $5k, on time, and because of it our insurance got canceled and it was a very stressful situation, specially living in south Florida with all the hurricane. Also last year, as the stress of the pandemic wasn't enough, they kept forever to pay our property taxes which included Ygrene portion (which is another scam), totaling a little over $8K!This year, we were able to refinance, and yesterday marked 1 month since we closed on it. Still, to this day, no escrow money was received. We called and were told they take their sweet time of 10 business days to issue a check (of People's money), and supposedly the check was sent on July 2nd... To this day nothing was received (that is if they really sent it).*Why they keep someone's money for so long? I do not know... it is not their money!*Why they wait to the last minute to pay up? I also do not know...they will have to disburse the money anyways. My theory is that they keep investing 'OUR MONEY' 'til the very las minute.I have to pay the home owner insurance again by the July 19th2021, next Monday. I can already foresee the stressful nightmare that will be!** I wished I had the money to bombard the TV with ads against 53 Bank, Ygrene!

I haven't had any issues with this bank so far. Rodrigo is our point of contact for our organization, and he is always pretty quick to get back to me on things. The tellers seem friendly enough to when I go through the drive through windows. And this location is very convenient for me as far as ease getting into and out of the bank.
