Ok, I’ve serviced 3 vehicles here over a few years. Like others have said it’s not your in and out in 30 minutes oil change but being thorough takes time. What really made me keep coming back was watching the technician torque my lug nuts after a rotation, once putting the wheels on and again after going on a quick spin around the block. Most shops just hit them with an impact gun. When a shop slows down a bit and follows best practices like that … they get my business

Every experience I have had at this Firestone location has been exceptional. The entire team is always helpful and communicative throughout the process. On this particular visit, My Sales and Service Specialist, Montelle, listened closely to my concerns and help to prepare the work order to meet my needs. Once the service had begun on the car the Service Technician, Tommy, went over his findings directly with me in order to assure that I understood what he had discovered. At the end of the service the team provided me some additional service recommendations in order to keep my car in top condition. Extraordinary work from the entire team.

Montelle truly went above and beyond. I had several ongoing issues with my car and even took it to the dealership, but the service at Firestone was far more supportive and responsive. Montelle took the time to listen, explain everything clearly! Amazing experience in what could’ve been a stressful situation :)

Firestone Complete Auto Care has always been accommodating and honest, which is something many auto shops unfortunately lack. I once took my car to another shop for a quote, and they came back with a long list of unnecessary extras that drove the price up by over $2,000. That experience confirmed I was right to trust Firestone.
I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. On top of that, the tire warranty truly works, I recently had a flat tire repaired for $0, no hassle at all. Reliable service, fair pricing, and great peace of mind.
