From the moment I walked in, Tommy and Montelle made me feel valued as a customer. They went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were answered.
Tommy was incredibly attentive, recommending options that would keep me rolling without any pressure to over-purchase. Montelle’s expertise and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and enjoyable, he seemed genuinely invested in making sure I left happy and fully informed. These two transformed what could have been just another auto maintenance visit into an experience where I felt appreciated.

I really love coming to this Fire Stone auto care because the customer service is outstanding. George Gattison Jr is the most wonderful manager that I’ve ever met here. He always makes sure that things are done with Care and professionalism and the way he trains his team. It’s like they have the spirit of excellence. I see how they treat other people when I’m waiting & other customers are treated with care as well. They are very knowledgeable. I just want to give a big thanks and appreciation to George Gattison Jr, Tommy (TC) Legrier, TC has worked on my car many times and I’ve never had any problems After he worked on it Thank you so much.!! Also a Ginormous thanks to Monty !! Gregory Reed & Genesis Chavez They all work together and got the job done. I will continue to come to Fire Stone complete auto care. I love this place.

So I came here because I wanted to take my air pressure check, get some air and check the tread of my tires, a very basic service. While I was in the bay, one of the employees came out from a meeting they were having, and he seemed annoyed. Obviously, he was baffled when I asked him about getting the tread check, and said it would be few minutes then he went back into the meeting. So I’m just standing there waiting for someone to assist me while they’re all in. So pretty pretty much got completely ignored They’re having some meeting. Obviously the shop was open, so I’m standing here. No one is letting me know. It’ll be a few minutes,… I’m waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally I left in disappointment. They just lack basic customer service skills so if I get ignored, imagine with someone else, but they would go through.

My caliper bolts worked themselves loose , and I managed to limp my van into George here. It was nearly closing time on a Monday. He took the bull by the horns, pulled out all the stops, got on it immediately and got me back on the road! Touche! Bravo George!

Had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for them to change a tire. I didn’t even see them bring my car back until 2.5 hours had went by. When I drove away, the check tire light came on like they didn’t even re-calibrate or check pressure before sending me on my way. I was highly disappointed.

Genesis at the counter, was pretty cool. The guy out front is funny and on point. However, oil change with a tire rotation, the time on a walk in was quoted, two hours. Two cars ahead of me. Four and a half hours later? It’s not even started. Not the first time I was asked to wait longer than I was told. I don’t think anyone would get upset for waiting the time that was quoted. It’s a weekday. You have my car. I have to schedule a ride. Heck man, even say I can’t give you a time because you are a walk in. It’s apparent this is either poorly run or they skipped me. Do what you say you are going to do. Also quoted if I wanted the engine light checked? Two hours extra for a diagnostic on an engine light? Autozone can plug in that device in thirty seconds.
