So five Below stores are good and others are not it depends on how the employee treats you some employees are very nice and other employees watch you like you're a criminal while you ring up your stuff very uncomfortable. if they don't trust the customers they should just wake up the merchandise themselves. Because I'm not getting paid for it

Very good shopping place...for $5 there is a variety of many products...this business is the attractive replacement for the Dollar Tree that at $1.25 has almost no products that arouse interest

Hidden gem of a location. Super close to Orange Lake and Disney but new and a bit undiscovered. It is in the Flamingo Crossings near the Disney employee campuses. It’s big, bright and fully stocked. For olcc people, it’s just outside the North Village exit and to the right near another Target location. Don’t fight the crowds and traffic at the Margaritaville location.

I've visited this store before and encountered nice employees, always greeted as I entered and leave the store. Not today. I was singled out for having a shopping cart full of items, rude employee points to a different register as I was going to self checkout, and starts grabbing my items and scanning herself without a word and with attitude. She did not ring other customers items, several of them, just me. She identifies as the manager of the store. WOW. States that I can look up online corporate number to call and complain, she could care less, did not provide information I requested. Well doing a little search online I can see this is becoming a thing at Five Below. Was surprised to find many reviews of customers complaining of being treated this same way. This company states in their online page they want to WOW customers with excellent customer service by having employees engage at checkout......well let me tell you I was not WOWed. I was treated like a thief for having a cart full of items I was going to pay for. This employees have zero customer service skills, and are only hurting the company by chasing away people who are willing to spend their money. This is not preventing theft, this is blatantly a way to chase away real customers. Left without buying anything, I guess she can put everything back where it belongs with her rude attitude. Hopefully Corporate does something before Five Below goes down the hill thanks to employees who are not afraid of displaying their lack of knowledge and training in customer service.

This place is NOT better than the local Dollar store’s & Family Dollar’s. Five Below doesn’t take returns so once you purchased you keep. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Our family loves this Five Below store in Winter Garden, Fl.
It's always kept clean, employees are great, shelves were stocked.
The employees were happy, welcoming, and helpful when I couldn’t find something.
It was a great experience.
