I purchased a Large wooden flag from these guys through Etsy, the first flag I received was wrong, it was a small wooden flag. I contacted Len at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and received an immediate response. He reviewed my order and noticed where I had ordered a Large flag, he contacted me and informed me that the correct flag would be shipped to me immediately the following day, which it was first thing, and informed me to keep the smaller flag as an apology token. This is a prime example of how customer service should be done. Love these guys, there customer service, and there product!

I bought the black and white flag in memory of my father who recently passed. He was a veteran, a VFW member and an honor flight attendee. I hung this on my house and personalized it for him. This is a great quality wooden flag

Very impressive company. Old school values and customer service. I had some questions before placing my order. They were very easy to get a hold of. When the admin was unable to respond in full, she passed me on to the company president whom took my call! I got my product within several days of placing my order. It was even more impressive in person and is a stunning well made piece for my indoor/outdoor porch area! Happy customer!

Absolutely everything that I was expecting the product to be. The customer service and fast shipment were outstanding. I highly recommend this company, they have other items that are patriotic along with the gorgeous hand made wooden flags.
