The two times I’ve come to this store, both on different days of the week and at different times, neither of which was remotely close to closing time, the “I’ll be back in 5 minutes” sign was up. Both times I waited over 5 minutes, and both times I had pre-paid orders to pick up. Today I tried to call the store and had a voice mail prompt. Extremely unprofessional and if there was another GNC near me, I’d never come here again. Only came here this time because I need something for tomorrow.

I went to the the store this morning 20 minutes after they are supposed to be open according to the sign on the door and nobody was there.

Ryan was very wonderful helped me, informed me on all the deals and showed me just what I was looking for. The store was super clean and organized. I have never been to GNC before but Ryan helped us with all our needs and we left with everything needed and more. Would recommend.
