Goodwill is a massive thrift store with a wide variety of donated items, from clothing and housewares to electronics and toys. The prices, while generally reasonable, can be higher than expected at some locations, with one reviewer noting the prices have "risen higher and higher" over time. The stores are generally well-staffed, organized, and clean, though the sheer volume of inventory can make it challenging to maintain the level of organization. Customers have noted the impressive selection, with racks and shelves overflowing with items, including an abundance of dresses. The media section, however, is considered overpriced by one reviewer. The changing rooms have been removed entirely at some locations, which can be an inconvenience. Despite the occasional pricing concerns, the staff is described as helpful, and the store's loyalty program is appreciated by some customers. Overall, Goodwill is seen as a reliable destination for bargain-hunting, with a vast inventory of gently used and donated goods.
This place is HUGE! The prices are double that of the average Goodwills that I usually go to. The store was well staffed. Their return policy is different as well so be sure you ask if you think that you want to return something. The items are very organized in sizes. They could use more mirrors. Overall, a nice store.

The prices are ridiculous!! There were items with original price tags on them and goodwill was charging more than the original price for items that they got for free!! I'm going to stick with real thrift stores from now on.
