This place is HUGE! The prices are double that of the average Goodwills that I usually go to. The store was well staffed. Their return policy is different as well so be sure you ask if you think that you want to return something. The items are very organized in sizes. They could use more mirrors. Overall, a nice store.

Overpriced items. Donated physical media DVD Blu-ray’s are actually cheaper brand new at Amazon or eBay. A pair of used slippers was at same exact price as new at Wally World. Used to take donations. Won’t do that again. Used to shop there, no more. They can keep their overpriced wares. Would recommend another goodwill location over this one despite its huge warehouse facade.

This is a relatively new Goodwill, I remember when it was still being built. In that time I have seen that the prices have risen higher and higher. This one in particular seems to have a problem because they do not seem to be selling enough of their donated products. The racks and shelves are overflowing with items, and each time I come here I notice the aisles are creeping closer together and that there are even more racks of clothing. (Seriously, something like three large rows of nothing but dresses). I can't help but to think that if everything was even priced $1 to $2 cheaper things would be less crowded.
I'm usually impressed by this store and its overall cleanliness and organization but I think because there's so much here now it's hard to maintain. I will say the staff I have interacted with have all been great, but I've never really been compelled to write a review about it in the past.
I have two big takeaways from my last trip here:
The changing rooms here aren't closed, they've just been removed entirely.
The media section is so overpriced considering it's basically unwanted and obsolete, as someone who collects I wish it was more affordable. It doesn't make sense for them to price it so high just to keep it on the shelves.

Prices are super high, nothing under 8 dollars some clothes were 25 dollars ., will never go there again Goodwill is a for profit franchise owned by big money venture capitalist. Donate to Salvation Army or a charity. Not any Good in Goodwill .. the building exterior shows you how much profit is in this ., they get free labor from people serving community service . Goodwill is a scam and this location is the most expensive I have ever seen

The prices are ridiculous!! There were items with original price tags on them and goodwill was charging more than the original price for items that they got for free!!
I'm going to stick with real thrift stores from now on.

This Goodwill is not as good as some others. The shelves are cluttered as is the furniture isle. The mgr does look up prices on the internet. I wanted a furniture item he looked it up and said " new this is over 700 dollars " my response was it's not new ,no key and outside has to be redone. He dropped price to 250. No thank you! At Christmas time my bf found a single hanging small battery operated light with no price. We asked the manager he said it goes with a set can't sell it. We looked for the set couldn't find it. Very unfriendly employees.

Update. Most of the long time customers quit shopping here. Overpriced and trying to shop with the people grabbing stuff to resell makes a bad shopping experience. They separate china and glass sets to make more money. Lot of chipped items.
Seems like poor management with customers last. These people get millions of dollars in government funds, but don't have a corporate office if you have a complaint.

This is far from your typical thrift store where people come to find good deals. Manager literally looked up each item without a sticker on eBay to get prices. This is a resell store with a storefront. Far from goodwill brand you see everywhere else. A used jersey was marked more than a brand new one ….
