My experience getting an oil change was the best of the best of my experiences at other oil change businesses. The ENTIRE TEAM was top notch. All personnel deserve a cold one in this JULY HEAT with their superb service and communication. The prices are competitive with the industry for oil changes. Thank you greatly!

I came in for a brake fluid flush. After removing the fluid from the master cylinder reservoir the tech refilled it and then tried to tell me he was all done. Fortunately I know the steps involved. I asked him if he was going to open the brake bleeder at each wheel and actually perform the service correctly and he realized that he had been caught trying to rip me off and not do the job correctly. How many people that don’t know any better are being ripped off like this? I do not recommend anyone come here. There are reputable places that perform ethically but the experience I had here is not good.

This Jiffy Lube location is particularly good. The employees are very friendly and do not try and upsell. I was out super quickly, and it was surprisingly inexpensive. I would absolutely recommend this location

Really great customer service. I actually got there 10 minutes before they were officially open and they graciously started working on my car right away. They didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary services and did a great job with my oil change. I definitely recommend this location.

I've been here three times and only once were they of any help (actually redirected me to a more specialized shop). The other two times I sat in my car for several minutes with not one individual, of at least 8, approaching me or telling me to hang on. Today I literally reversed out and went to the Jiffy farther down Colonial, I was attended to in seconds. It has a higher rating than this one anyway.

How to say a little disappointed went there yesterday tried selling me on all these add-ons asked them multiple times about my tire pressure. They said they didn’t and doesn’t look like they did it then happened to wake up this morning tire pressure lights on they didn’t reset my oil change to 100% had to go to my dealership and get my alignment checked and everything else Going back thank you

Okay... first time I went it was great, and the 2nd time was even better. Had a nice chat with Brandon about my car and it was great.- some great inside about the Forester, and The guys in the garage did the oil change and also replaced my brake light that was out! See you on my next change for sure around August! Thank you again, Brandon and Company! Great place. They are great with their services over here.

Was okay till I looked under and saw them using a hammer to put a socket on my oil plug, hoping the next oil change didn't have a problem taking it off
