My issue today was that I was trying to buy fabric online for some reason online, It showed me that the fabric was in stock. However, I couldn't find it at the store. When I went to ask a young lady, blond hair and curly hair, she had this awful attitude and told me to ask Monika. Monika was the lady cutting the fabric. I showed her the fabric and Monika went in search but couldn't find it. However, instead of telling me nicely that unfortunately the fabric was sold out, the first young lady whom I asked with her device told me, do you see it on my screen, it is sold out everywhere. She treated me like an idiot. I explained and showed her my screen still shows in stock. I also showed her the other fabric that I needed and had on my cart online which I also couldn't find and then she came back with the wrong fabric. Not the cotton one, she got the stretch material. She again treated me like an idiot telling me that it was there. However, the lady, Monika who was helping me also said that the fabric was not there. Please have better customer service.

I go to Joanns for fabric for my business. Every time I come in Larissa is always there! She's smiling, dresses for the holidays, always has an amazing attitude and smile! Larissa is amazing! Also, Sandy in the Fabric department never puts her head down when she sees me coming with an abundance of fabric. Sandy is amazing at what she does and always has a smile! These two ladies keep me coming back to this Joann location! Thank you ladies for being awesome and going above and beyond!!

Seriously frustrating when this is the only Joannes closest to me, which is 30 minutes away, and they close the store five minutes early.I got there at 5:55 PM, five minutes before they close. When I got there, I walked through the first set of automatic doors, and then the second set were locked. I looked up to see an employee looking at her coworker, and that coworker told me that they were closed. I had told her that I thought they closed at 6pm, and politely explained that I only needed something quick for a project that I need finished and I knew exactly where it was and what I needed, and they both kind of just looked at me. I walked out.I was okay with driving all this way, knowing that I would still make it there before they close, but it is extremely frustrating to be driving home without the thing I needed, with them closing the store early.

This place is so understaffed, you’re better off going to a different store. Spent a full hour trying to get fabric cut.

Always fun shopping for crafts and hobbies. They have a great selection of everything from puzzles, toys, sewing items, wood working to models, and clothes making material. The store is a little disorganized, but because it is the holidays it is expected a bit.
