Seriously frustrating when this is the only Joannes closest to me, which is 30 minutes away, and they close the store five minutes early.I got there at 5:55 PM, five minutes before they close. When I got there, I walked through the first set of automatic doors, and then the second set were locked. I looked up to see an employee looking at her coworker, and that coworker told me that they were closed. I had told her that I thought they closed at 6pm, and politely explained that I only needed something quick for a project that I need finished and I knew exactly where it was and what I needed, and they both kind of just looked at me. I walked out.I was okay with driving all this way, knowing that I would still make it there before they close, but it is extremely frustrating to be driving home without the thing I needed, with them closing the store early.

This place is so understaffed, you’re better off going to a different store. Spent a full hour trying to get fabric cut.

Always fun shopping for crafts and hobbies. They have a great selection of everything from puzzles, toys, sewing items, wood working to models, and clothes making material. The store is a little disorganized, but because it is the holidays it is expected a bit.

we arrived at 9:58 am 09/03/23 door was open . Tim was pulling items out to the side walk . I asked "Can I come in "? He looked at me with a head shake and said :Yeahhhhh" . So We proceeded in and I said " Sorry I was not sure ,and Thank you" he offered no response . I felt like we were the last people he wanted to see. Once in the store we were looking for an item at one price but could only find at a much higher price, So we stopped and asked Monica . She took some time with us and explained it was ONLINE orders only (Very fine print) Monica really went out of here way and helped us and was very Kind also. I think Tim May need a back to basics training session. running around doing a routine is great . But mistreating customers upon arrival , making them feel like he made us feel . You may be going down a slippery slope .TIM is pictured here surprisingly is is the M.O.D .(Manager on duty) Monica is also picture she should at least get Employee of the month.

JOANN Fabrics and Crafts is my go-to store for all of my crafting needs. Their selection of fabrics, sewing supplies, and craft materials is extensive, catering to a wide range of interests and skill levels. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The frequent sales and coupons make shopping at JOANN even more enjoyable and budget-friendly.

I remember we had a Joann Fabrics on my town when I was a child, and it was a small store.This store is huge, and it is a lot more than fabrics. When you are lucky you can get great holiday finds at a discount. The fabric selection...well, it is hard to know what customers like, and probably a lot aren't buying fabrics, so the selection for my liking is not my type. The ambiance is hard to describe. With a large store with fun holiday items and other craft items that I don't shop for, I guess it could be called satisfying. The register service is great, but there aren't many employees on the floor for help. I just love this store and they have original pieces great and affordable for our home.

Joann's can be a good place to find those needed crafts but ever since COVID 2020 they never seem to have returned to their friendly & helpful atmosphere. It took me close to 10 min to find someone in the store to unlock a cabinet for me to buy it! There was one cashier who was very efficient but needed assistance checking out a long line of people. There were maybe two other people in the front of the store, one of which was entirely rude to me when I asked if someone could unlock the cabinet so I could buy some paint. Will I go back...yes. Do they need better help? Yes, but that's true of most places who are having difficulty with staffing their business.

It's all about the yarn for me! Joann's has more Bernat yarn than most stores and other brands to discover. They are more expensive than most, but with their coupons, the end total is often less.
