I could not possibly say enough about our experience at Kiddie Academy. My daughter has been enrolled for about 8 months. It is really difficult to send your child to daycare, especially when you are used to being with them all day. Kiddie Academy makes it so much easier. They treat her exactly how I want those that care for my child to treat her. She is so loved there. Every teacher she has had is so kind. My daughter is so happy to go to school every day. Any small problem that has come up, Ashley and the staff have addressed immediately. We are very grateful to be a part of the Kiddie Academy family.

If you’re looking for an amazing day care…look no further! We have been a part of this community for 2 years. From day one, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and professional. The teachers are attentive and genuinely care about each child’s growth and well being. We highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their little one.

I truly can’t thank the staff and teachers at Kiddie Academy enough for easing my anxiety and showing me just how amazing this daycare is—especially after having to make a difficult switch from another center.
When my little one started here at just one years old, he was very shy and reserved. Now, at three years old, he walks into his classroom excited every day, eager to see his friends and join in the fun. The care, attention, and thoughtfully planned activities have helped him grow in so many ways, socially, emotionally, and academically. The progress he’s made is incredible, and I’m forever grateful.
We recently enrolled him in a PK-3 program at a private school we hope he’ll continue with long-term. While we’re excited for this new chapter, leaving Kiddie Academy is definitely bittersweet. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for caring for my child as if he were your own. Thank you for always welcoming my questions with patience and never making me feel like a bother. Most of all, thank you for making us feel like family.
The recent awards this franchise has earned are so well-deserved. They reflect not just the quality of care, but the genuine connection you build with each family. This has never felt like “just a business”, it’s been a community, and we feel so lucky to have been part of it.

Our son has been attending Kiddy Academy for 2 years now, from infantry to toddlerhood.
Each class he has been in has been nothing short of perfect. His teachers are always so loving and caring, the staff is always happy to see you and welcoming. They offer so many fun activities for our son and we know he throughly enjoys going to school. He is also so far advanced compared to others his age.
The Collins family who owns this location have really mastered how to run a day care / pre school. Ashley and her family do a perfect job at providing a safe, fun and comfortable environment for our young son. I personally don’t think you can find a better daycare anywhere!

My child attended here for 6 months. What started out as a good experience turned quite sour. While as the parent I recognize the behaviors of my child and understand where concerns were placed by staff. The entire situation was not handled to any sort of professional standard. Going back and forth on a timeline and then not providing written notice to parents of their child being dis enrolled is a big legal red flag. When you terminate a contract of any kind there should always be written documentation. I did request to have written documentation and was not provided that. While my family is appreciative of some of the staff and Ms. Kristina (3 yr teacher) I would not recommend this daycare.

I was called while at work and told that my child would no longer be allowed to attend KAWG. While on the phone I requested a written notice of termination. Once I arrived to KAWG THEN after pleading my child’s case was there a potential option for him to return. Having him put in a holding status and paying the holding fee but there were no clear set options to have my child back in the facility. Let’s not twist the situation for what it was and how it was handled. My issue as the parent in this situation was the inconsistency, lack of written documentation, and back and forth on timelines.

Beats all expectations for childcares. We have been to one other school in the area, and this was a complete 180 from the experience we had. The staff are so loving, nurturing and actually care about the kids. There are memento's outside every classroom telling you how long the staff have been employed there. Most have been there over 3-5 years. Truly impressed

Kiddie Academy of Winter Garden has been such a blessing for our family. From the moment we walked in, we felt totally at ease — the place is always so clean, warm, and inviting. The staff are seriously the sweetest people. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care so much about the kids. Luca lights up every morning when we get there, and that says everything.
The owners are just incredible — they go above and beyond to make sure every family feels heard and supported. And the fact that so many of the teachers have been there for years really shows what a special place this is.We feel so lucky to have found Kiddie Academy. It’s been amazing watching Luca grow and thrive in such a loving and safe environment. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Kiddie Academy of Winter Garden is a one of a kind school! We have been with them since our child was 6 months old. Having to work full time and knowing my child is in such good hands has been a weight off my shoulders! Over the course of four years my child has learned Spanish, English, and has also learned sign language!! For her VPK graduation they sang 3+ songs in sign language and one in Spanish. We are now having our child attend their summer camp program. With all these activities and events they offer I wish they would go all the way up to grade school. The education and nurturing they offer is next level. Love this school!

My son has been attending Kiddie Academy for over a year and can't praise enough on how his learning skills have been excelling. We decided this year to enroll our other son into the summer camp and they both can't stop talking about how fun all of the activities are. This isn't your normal daycare, the owners go above and beyond and ensure every child is taken care of and has the best experience.

Kiddie Academy is absolutely fantastic! The teachers and staff are truly amazing—caring, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they genuinely love working with kids. The facility is always spotless, well-organized, and feels super safe. It's comforting to know our child is in such a clean, nurturing, and professional environment every day. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVE Kiddie Academy! The teachers, directors and staff go above and beyond in EVERY possible way. They are warm, fun, loving and deeply invested in the development of every child. The communication with parents is seamless so I always feel fully informed. The facility is clean, bright and beautiful. I’m truly blown away. Honestly, sending my boys here has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. My kids are thriving and I’m beyond grateful to have found Kiddie Academy. I feel so confident in the amazing foundation they are providing for our child’s future. This school is an absolute treasure and I cannot recommend them enough!

My two children have been going to this school for almost 3 years, the time has come where they are going into elementary school. The early childhood education they received here have been incredible, and critical to their building blocks, I have experienced several life events during my children's time at this school, which had proved difficult, through out the entire time, the director and staff worked with me, through payments, attendance, and any other issue that arrived. I had to move to Apopka for a few years, and I still choose to drive the 35 mins every day twice, to keep the kids in this school. I would do it all over again, with this incredible organization.

Ashley (the owner) and the entire team at KA are absolute gold. They’re not just incredible professionals—they’re deeply compassionate care providers who genuinely love what they do. After a rough experience at another daycare, we were desperate to get our kids into KA—our top choice from the beginning. After 12 months on the waitlist (they’re that good), our spot finally opened up—just two weeks after starting at the other center where things had gone terribly wrong.
From the moment we walked into KA, the difference was undeniable. The level of care, the attentiveness, the professionalism, and the quality of the staff were overwhelmingly positive. It was clear that Ashley and her team don’t treat this as just a job—it’s a calling.

Kiddie academy is the most amazing daycare. They treat my baby, Jonathan, as a family member. They are caring, trustworthy, engaged, friendly, loving; I can go on and on. Shout out to Mrs. Maria, Ms. Yamiley, Ms. Valentina, Ms. Lela and Ms. Melissa who are Jonathan’s wonderful teachers who love him so much. Thank you for making his first birthday special. Also, shout out to Ms. Nathalia, Ms. Sam, Ms. Courtney and Mrs. Ashley; you are all so warm and welcoming at drop off and pick up. As a full time working mom, it’s hard to leave your baby everyday to go work, but I’m reassured that he is in the most carvel hands. We love you KAWG!

If I could give Kiddie Academy of WG 1000 stars I would. My daughter started here at the age of 3 months and is now turning 4. The teachers, admin and staff are like our family. I imagine it is hard to find another daycare that has staff that cares so genuinely as the staff at Kiddie Academy. Ashley, the director, is one of the sweetest humans you will ever meet and truly cares about the students at her school. Of course, as it goes, we have run into little hiccups with our daughter’s behaviors and issues along the way and we were always met with such warmth and grace. They were always willing to meet us where we needed them and I just really don’t think that is typical. I feel they went above and beyond for the our family and writing this review brings me to tears. We are moving due to be relocated for my husband’s career but we would have never left otherwise until she graduated
Our daughter has had the opportunity to do dance class during the day while as school, and other enrichment activities such as sports programs. The school’s programming is absolutely incredible. They host fun festivals, book fairs, holiday shopping events and parents’ night out on the side. They also participate in charity programs and events to benefit the community. This school has absolutely blown me away. My daughter’s development is beyond what is normal for her age and I know that is largely due to the teachers, programming and attention she receives at Kiddie Academy.
I know how hard it is to trust someone to look after your precious little one while you cannot. Please, look no further than this school & feel at peace. They will take such great care of your child and your entire family.
